I don't believe he did make shit up. Pzifer knew that their vaccine didn't prevent transmission. Arguably they knew it wasn't all that effective at preventing death or hospitalisation hence abandoning the blinded RCT's so early. It follows that if the vaccine didn't prevent transmission and that greater than 80% of the population is vaccinated and that the population continued to be infected in large numbers then it was the vaccinated that was the source of transmission.

Of course you are quick to point to Covid and natural disasters as the reason for Robertson's money printing largesse but quietly overlook the Christchurch earthquakes and the GFC for Keys Government. Debt to GDP % went from 15.8% in 2017 to 35.9% (and climbing) in 2022.
