  1. Remove the muzzles in NZ & it'll triple the distance a dog can run. However, the RIU would have a field day with those funky hats the handlers wear. I also noticed that none of the dogs collapsed & died in the catching area. Maybe the race isn't as vigorous as a 305m journey.
  2. Two days on & Friday nights distance race results.
  3. Dusty Gambler may get the chance. https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/events-and-promotions.aspx
  4. Today's distance race results...
  5. I believe a full toxicology report has been called for. Yes Massey will probably come back with heart attack or stroke & the toxicology report should aid in determining what may have led to it. I'm a smoker... One day I will die... Will smoking be the cause of my death?
  6. I can now confirm the autopsy was preformed at Massey. This is a first in the greyhound world that I'm aware of. Finally something that can actually be called an independent review, free from conflicts of interests, of what may or may not have went wrong. I haven't heard that any results have been released from it.
  7. An excellent place for that sort of thing if you can't decide whether you're CrossCodes or crosscoded.
  8. I have it from a reliable source a full autopsy is to be performed. I should be able to confirm at a later date exactly who the autopsy was performed by & when it took place. Watch this space.
  9. I began the questioning of this incident earlier today on another forum. http://grassrootsgreyhounds.boards.net/thread/275/another
  10. Are you being honest about not being a liar Brodie? ♻️
  11. How about committing field manipulation, falsifying documents & coercion all ending in a 1 month disqualification & a $300 fine. "Giving effect to those matters in the round we think that a discount of one half from our starting point can properly be allowed resulting in disqualification for a period of six weeks, which we think can be rounded off at one month with the addition of a fine." http://www.jca.org.nz/non-race-day-hearings/non-raceday-inquiry-riu-v-pb-freeman-decision-dated-8-january-2015?searchterm=freeman+pb Wow, that was really some deterrent to keep it from happening again. Come to think of it, that villain has his trainers license back now....
  12. I was once the "Brodster" on RC in the greyhound forum. Hard hitting & calling the kettle black with the evidence also posted to back up my claims. I gave up posting over there a couple of years back. I was good for Scooby's ratings (page hits) & in return for that was belittled, threatened & bullied until I decided enough was enough. Several wanted me to come back too, some to the point of nearly begging me, but with my toes firmly dug in those supporters didn't get what they wanted from me. Now a couple of years on, I'm seeing those same supporters making the jump to BOAY. Thus far BOAY has been hassle free for me. I can say it like it is, as long as my posts are within the law & backed up with the evidence to substantiate my claim. Don't be afraid Brodie to pop your nose in over on our greyhound forum. Obviously I dance over to the Foxtrot forum every now & then, not knowing which end of a horse their tail grows on.
  13. The question is, how many of them will actually run in the race? These are the results from the last two CD distance races held. 13/6/18 01/06/18
  14. Here's the facts for those who may have a clouded memory. https://www.grnz.co.nz/News.aspx?NewsID=2794 David was warned off on the 6th of June 2018 by the GRNZ Integrity Committee. Prior to that date (when all the problems happened), David was not warned off.
  15. Until very recently, the only time an LP needed to be in control of a greyhound was at a race course. If mum & dad trainer wanted to go away for the weekend, auntie cat lover was able to look after the flock while they (the LP's) were away. Now with the new rule in place, it will be in breach of the rules for an LP to leave their dog at a vets office, while they spend half an hour in town tending to other chores.
  16. There has been debate about Denis Schofield not living on the property his dogs were previously trained. J T McInerney can't live in both Darfield & Palmerston North, can he? Who is the registered PUBLIC trainer that resides in Palmerston North? The Schofield set up was not a one-off instance in NZ.
  17. Where's the trainer of this dog live? https://www.grnz.co.nz/greyhounds/profiles.aspx?AnimalID=28436 Where's the trainer of this dog live? https://www.grnz.co.nz/greyhounds/profiles.aspx?AnimalID=29806
  18. Wise words Aquaman. Let the powers who dealt to the team read those words & let them sink in. What astonishes me about the case was the RIU requested hair samples from two LP's & one non-LP during the investigation, under the ruse that a nonpositive return would clear them as an individual. The RIU didn't explain what would be determined if all 3 returned positive or nonpositive samples. None of three offered their sample which is well within their right. Why didn't the RIU demand a hair sample taken from the dog, to determine whether it was a one-off or continuing occurrence? The whole deal was more about who done it than what might have actually been done. Bit like receiving a pile of live-baiting photos & expelling all their efforts on finding out where they came from, not what they depicted. The RIU/GRNZ just can't seem to see where logic is seriously lacking in their actions.
  19. A action such as that Aqua would be a fools move IMHO. If I owned $100K's worth of racing dogs that now can't race, I'd come up with another alternative in a big hurry!
  20. If someone did do such a thing Aquaman, the SPCA would be all over them for abandonment & cruelty and it wouldn't take them a year or three investigation. Maybe Denis needs another go in front of a TV news camera.

Three stewards on track for today's Group 1 race meeting & still no hair swabs collected north of Christchurch?
  22. You're probably right Aquaman. I wasn't thinking about the racing act. I've never been arrested before, so that leads me to believe that either I'm above the law or the police are scared of me. lol
  23. I'm not arguing Bigjay. I'm just saying it the way (from a legal standpoint) that way I see it.
  24. I'm not an LP (by my personal choice), therefore I am not subject to rules 66 to 73, nor any other GRNZ rule for that matter. If they did try to "warn me off", firstly they have no legal right to do so as I'm not an LP or bound by their rules. If GRNZ thought they had warned me off & I decided to attend a race meeting, I'd just attend it. GRNZ has no right to tell me what I can & cannot do. If the CLUB believed me to be warned off, they could ask me to leave the property, which I could then choose to leave it or not. If I decided not to then The clubs next responce could be to ring the police & have the LAW (not rules) try to remove me. If it got to that point I probably would leave the property, however from that point on I would do anything in my power to disrupt their race meeting from NETURAL territory. Here's a very example of NETURAL territory, just outside the steel wire fence at Manukau. Just image a couple of carloads of people playing with every dog squeaker they could get their hands on, just outside that fence.
  25. Interesting that David S. has been warned off under GRNZ rules, when he isn't even an LP who would be bound by those rules. Maybe it's time David took himself to Manukau for viewing some Sunday afternoon greyhound racing. If he did & the police ended up getting notified, GRNZ would quickly realize that their golden bible (GRNZ rule book) falls on deaf ears to 99.9% of the NZ population. I suppose the AGRC might be able to keep him off their property, by NOTHING at all would stop him from viewing the action just outside the chain-link fence just off the track near the catching area. Swing on by David, bring your squeakers, air horns and even your pet rabbits if you desire & have a good ole Sunday afternoon in the park, right next door to the races.
