This dog was last raced after finishing a long last again OVER 4 kg in weight. His connections said it was intentional.!! He ran like a dog that was severly out of condition so what were the intentions.. Is this boy still alive Scott Wallis? (stipe of devious means) I doubt it.. 6.30 pm and still no Stipes Report from Wanganui Dogs today...Why is this? With all the facilities and tools available why cant the reports be posted within reason, after each race? The replays, photo finish, and stipes reports could be up on the site as it happens.....WHY NOT?
