Here we go again Mr.Godber.!! On Friday night Whiterod and a dubious vet scratched Ask King Jeff with Kennel Cough for god's sake. Whiterod 2 days later has cleared the dog free of Kennel Cough and it lines up today at Manawatu. How the hell can this happen or is it just another Whiterod / Cole sneaky.? For the vet to confirm Kennel Cough a temperature would need to have been taken and shown elevation. For a dog to have a temperature on Friday night with confirmed Kennel Cough how can it possibly be cleared today. The dog should never have been bought to the track today for the possible safety of other competing dogs and possible spreading. Now that the vets are under your control Mr.Godber why don't you deal to both the vet and Whiterod and the other vet today who is also the kennel vet for the Cole Kennel.. This is a joke and needs explaining please...

Agree 100% this bullshit has to be reigned in. Godber you have to admit you are allowing blatent wrong doings to happen right under your watch ..You are either Incapable or Corrupt and both of these are sackable offenses... With the shaky foundations the Integrity Unit was founded it is time now for a complete overhaul and to give us all the INTEGRITY we deserve.

Could it be true what has been trap talk for a while now with some of the handlers getting paid in sorts. Have you noticed some of these handlers own dogs performances all of sudden improve and their team of dogs put in runs that are out of the blue and very, very, questionable? This is a pattern amongst several that are tied in this way to larger kennels. If the R.I.U. were capable they would have picked up on this by now. From my own point of view I have always maintained there are rotten eggs in the Greyhound train of command and if there was a flaw in the swab proceedures for instance and the Head dogs had their hand firmly on the leash imagine what could be taking place right under our noses. Apart from massive stake advantages the punting is also very lucrative but with all avenues of authority covered by the corrupt it is hard to get this out in the open.

In my opinion Not good for these pups at all!!!. This is typical of John Mac though and yes you are correct Aqua Crackers fell to the deck during the running for at least 5 or 6 times and even with the pressure being put on him at the time to stop racing the dog until it was fit and well for the task this Puppy farmer defied all requests and kept racing until the Association was forced through embarrasment to enforce a ruling. Shame on you Mac and the Doctor Of Welfare if she is still employed should act on the over racing of these young pups immediately....

Plain ludicrous for dogs of any age to be racing 4 times in 11 days.. Surely the Board can come together with common sense and get this Welfare Issue that will keep lingering sorted...Word around the traps things not all that good with "The Doctor Of Welfare" and she could be looking after her own Welfare before too long...
