JASINOVA - Driver L Chin admitted a charge under Rule 869(4) and the Home Straight Regulations in that he allowed his mare to shift into the passing lane in the final 100m. After hearing submissions on penalty the Adjudicative Committee suspended Dr Chin's Driver's licence from the conclusion of racing tonight up to and including 1 March 2024 (3 days). Good bloke, often used David Wadley as jockey. Worked with cars in Phillipstown, had a good run with horses in the 90's.

Stewards report suggests no horse was swabbed after this race. Winners of races 1 to 9 all swabbed. Could they have run out of test kits ? Did they think there were only 9 races ? Did they have other engagements they needed to rush off to ? All winners were swabbed at Addington plus the runner up in the group 2 feature.
