As Basil correctly points out the NZTAB does not have to accept anyone's bets if they choose not to. It happens globally - its called Risk Management and assists with providing stakes money for the respective codes. PS. This is for Brodie to respond to if he chooses, not Chief, but he will probably anyway just like most other times.
