  1. Just for you Leo followers from The Granny Herald a few minutes ago. So I'm pretty sure given below a hefty sentence will probably not be coming his way but who knows with our justice system. The killer likely appeals to Supreme Court before 11am and the whole thing drags on for many more months What say you Noodlum/ Chief The man who murdered British backpacker Grace Millane is due to be named tomorrow morning unless New Zealand's top court intervenes. In August, the killer took his case to the Court of Appeal in an attempt to overturn his murder conviction and sentence. The court will release its decision tomorrow morning at 11am. Today, the Court of Appeal's President Justice Stephen Kós, alongside Justice Patricia Courtney and Justice Mark Cooper, also ruled the murderer's interim name suppression will lapse at the same time.
  2. Your welcome and Merry Xmas to you and the rest of the forum. Imagine if his sentence was suppressed as well
  3. You seem obsessed about him and the other forum , any real reason why. All other Jaffas are only worried about house price rises , the Americas cup and Jacinda bottling on Ihamatau Molloy, the well-known restaurateur who owns HeadQuarters in the Viaduct, is the first person to be charged by New Zealand police after numerous suppression breaches before and after last November's high-profile trial. Others have been given warnings by police for allegedly naming the killer. Despite the suppression order, in the hours and days after the verdict overseas media and social media users - including in New Zealand - published the killer's name. While breaking a suppression order is not an extraditable offence for those who do so overseas, people in New Zealand who are guilty face up to six months' imprisonment or a $25,000 fine. In the case of a company breaching, a fine of up to $100,000 can be imposed. The recent breaches, largely by those here and the United Kingdom, come after a year of debate about the effectiveness of New Zealand's suppression orders in the internet age.
  4. Keep guessing as to my identity. See if you are half as bad as Boag. Your matching him so far and so is Dave
  5. Great post, especially the last part
  6. Yes. If i had PM function would be more than happy to tell you what 2 sets of owners have told me. As this may go further im not going to speculate on any forum as to its potential outcome. A bit like INCA they are all innocent until proven guilty in my book
  7. I was responding to Brodie re turnovers and should have said for all codes. For Cup week including hounds and TB's i would have though the numbers were ok. You obviously see it differently which is your prerogative. Do i think Harness is doing well, no and things are only getting worse when Code distributions are dished out in the coming years. Word out there is overseas interest/punting in NZ harness is now on a par with our Greyhounds.
  8. Not for you That was addressed to Blossum
  9. I do know a lot more but why bother posting it here when you attack everything i post. One question leads to another and so on .Your the expert know it all on here and everywhere else , you tell us Im amazed given your history that you took so long to start your usual questions after i post something or have you been too busy studying TAB accounts for 19/20 season that were tabled in Parliament last week.
  10. Yes if what ex owners are hearing is true re missing funds. This drew the comment below. Once again you only ask me questions not other s If convicted i agree. BTW , love the Dark Side comment , I'm sure Scoobie is ok with it . Are you allowed to post on there or are you banned like a few on here See above.
  11. . I posted earlier that my sources were multiple ex owners of the stable. The news is stable closed under somewhat of a cloud and potential investigations may occur
  12. Dave. How wrong you are as some friends were Kerr clients and thats where my info comes from. There is obviously more to this than is out there at present. Fell free to enlighten the team on here if you so desire on what you have heard
  13. Alas the news im hearing on the Bush telegraph is not good and comes from respectable source
  14. Do you know categorically that that has not happened?. Cup week figures suggest all is not as bad as some naysayers would like. Quarterly results out soon so we shall all see the numbers then
  15. So he sent an email to his owners, Friday, saying he is giving up for personal reasons and if you want to contact him you should not phone but email. That's from one of his owners who was advised the horses had been transferred to Paul. I'm hearing some have been sent elsewhere. As always innocent until proven guilty. May be absolutely nothing in it.
  16. Which Kerr are you referring to??
  17. It was Mr Lamb yelling Happy and Righhhht
  18. With Lamb shown the gate by NZMTC who is going to start Rangiora at todays twilight meeting. My moneys on Lamb despite the obvious conflict of interest.
  19. Given the rule changes to no spinning within a week of racing it cant surely be the issue. it it scientifically proven to be performance enhancing??I have not seen any evidence to say so So how can it be a bone of contention when its openly available to all stables. Also, i think you'll find its not the stables that have the spinning machines as you put it, that's all done in separate lab with resultant serum reintroduced by Vets as per new regs. If you remember a horse called Carabella, it was treated with spinning so that shows how long its been around
  20. Thanks but not according Happy😉😉. There is a surprise Gammalites post summed things up pretty well re betting.outcomes
  21. Thats been the case for 3 decades at least given the chances of recouping investment at a time when costs are constantly going up and stakes down/stagnant And we all know what side of that fence your on. Now they are gone are you going to spend up at sales?? I'm picking no But will they be new owners or just ex All Star owners being trained by someone else??
  22. I have just checked and the first i knew of the passing was at 8.15 last night at which point i sent condolences to Nina and family I responded to Cross Codes post suggesting he was going down a dangerous path around 2pm, some 6 hours earlier. So, fact- i did know of his passing when replying to Cross Codes so you are clearly in the wrong But lets not allow facts to get in the way of another of your attacks Enough on this now from me- you have the last say as always.
  23. For what. telling cross codes he was not gong down a smart path as others had paid a price for prior ctricisms. You really do need to seek treatment as your biased obsession with.me is clearly affecting your judgment I see you have still not censured originating poster.
  24. What are you on about now, never posted on this thread
  25. Love this biased shot Chief- mind you i dont expect anything else from you these days "I'm surprised JJ Flash you being the harness expert would know that and show some sensitivity." One, i note you did not censure the original protagonist who bagged Bens drive or Ranga only me who suggested not to upset the parents given the resultant Curtsey at Chertsey episode which involved one of the posters on here. Have had correspondence from Nina and sent condolences as one does at the death of a family member.
