In my experience HR restructurings are always slow. Due process has to be followed and usually some have expectations way beyond the scope of the organisation in terms of salary and titles etc That said , you are perfectly entitled to a contrary opinion. That said i am of the belief that: he should be either a starter or and RIU employee but not both as there is a potential conflict of interest between the two positions. Greg

AML not likely to be high on the list of reasons Brodie. A few of the bigger players i know gave up after the Nelson INCA race whilst others got the stitch over continual bad press,associated integrity issues and poor governance at the top table .
