Heaven forbid but i disagree and hear about it often from bigger punters. I know of one for example who following the Doc Tim race at Nelson has not had a bet since. Owners of AS horses are entitled to race their horses just like anyone else. It shows the excellence of that stable in that race versus those who do not want to compete this week in a particular race. The punters will invest but as i keep saying harness racing's popularity is declining worldwide. TB's the same but from a higher base as other gambling options gain traction. Greg

Your correct Tim but most on here will have issues with Leo until the day they pass on. They can't/wont let go which is entirely their choice You can give an opinion but if its not the same as most on here the attack dogs will arrive. TB"s have always had a larger share of payouts simply because they do more T/O.Their gross margins are better as well. As for your last point ,TB's got 20mio not 30 mio for AW tracks courtesy of the Regional Development Fund AKA NZF slush fund. Finally, you just ask yourself the question " who are NZF's big donors. Thats a very true statement globally and is why i commented on its Amateur leadership as opposed to TB's. You can get set for amounts like lots others do but just wont adapt and use your nous like others do .5 bets of 100 equals 500 on no matter where you are . Nope, just to keep the moaners on here happy. Chiefs been after the report for 3 months . Now he has it im sure he will not say anything good which is not unusual, your the same and Curious will find both good and bad as per. I may be wrong but the senior review process is currently underway and my guess is that of the current 7 positions 3 will go. Are you ok with that or do you want them to plow in, disregard NZ employment law and end up shelling out thousands in PGs rather than such funds going into stakes. Greg
