If your asking me who i am my first name is Greg. I think everyone in Canterbury Harness knows who most posters on here and another site are including yourself. Im sure you have received or sent PM's at one time or another about who such and such is. For mine this site is riddled with anti AS posters, look at the post above yours. I'm merely interested in the racing,horse and punting side of things. What about you??? Greg

Lets hope those good mares have fully recovered and both race up to their ratings Friday night. Great supporting fields as well and for the Anti AS mob they can enjoy 150K going elsewhere in 3yr old fillies race? Greg

I have used all of the major Christchurch and surrounds Vets over the years with different trainers. They are all good as long as you use the experienced partners IMHO. Also i find them much cheaper than Waikato ones. Remember one young vet looked over a potentially high priced yearling at sales one day for his client. He saw me an hour or so later just before it was due to go up on another matter but mentioned about the well bred yearling he had vetted earlier. I said " shame about the club foot" Never seen a guys face drop so quick and run as fast as he did. Always have a laugh when i see him

I see where your coming from but not sure that's what hunter was inferring although one never knows with some of his posts. As for the vet improvement influence there's a chap out Rangiora way with a vet in close proximity whose strike rate is not flash in any respect Some vets are obviously better than others but in Canterbury a lot use the same one so who gets any advantage out of that.

No dig its just some of your posts are hard to follow in terms of relevance. For instance most of his winners yesterday had different owners. As for his abilty as a trainer he seems to have done pretty well as far as i can see. 455 NZ winners

Ouch, im hearing you Globe. That said i did sell a very high priced unraced horse overseas a few years back which won its first 5 in a row. I was thrilled for new owners especially as they were immediately coming back to me for more of the same.

Not entirely so, but who are the we you speak of. Nonetheless you and others can think what you like. 10/10 for generalization in your last sentence, i agree its an opinion shared by some but not all and totally unprovable either way As i suggested you need to get out of the box your trapped in re AS and restrictions, harness racing has a lot more problems than those 2 issues IMHO. Some might even say they are very good for the industry. Greg
