    Yes a stint in NZ should be a great prep before they leave to make some real money in...Oz. It would not take a rider with ability too long to figure it..out.

    Everyone is always concerned about the owners,breeders and service providers yet the life blood of racing is always...PUNTERS.Eventually they will give up on sub standard .product'. That's why Hong Kong racing is so strong.The punters trust the integrity of the operation.

    High profile racing identities David Ellis and John Lindsay have come out urging the Gummint to intervene to prevent Kiwi punters betting with offshore agencies. Figures of hundreds of millions are bandied about. I recall a former head honcho of NZ racing describing punters as 'scum'. Most importantly whatever happened to Capitalism and the free market! It's supposed to be anathema to the efficient ,private sector to have' nanny state' interfering in private business. Perception and reality....people are more Socialist than they claim to be....especially when there are $$$$$$$$ involved.ðŸĪ‘ðŸĪŠ
