  1. Stats speak for themselves im afraid. Your wrong. Hes still sits fifth on the board with the least amount of starters in the top 10 and third in the prize money pool. If this is a sign of a trainer being unsuccessful. Then you must really be something special If he is not a good trainer... what would you say about the rest of the trainers in the country? Terrible?
  2. as long as they have ACTUAL evidence supporting their claims and are not making this up because of the success purdons have had. Sounds to me like its more of brodies wishful thinking than anything else. Maybe Brodie is the one doing all of these things as Brodie seems to know alot about it
  3. so many people jealous of success.it amazes me.
  4. I do not think argentina have any chance in the world cup. They struggled to qualify and they only drew with iceland. Will need to improve Im sticking with the germans and portuguese as outsiders
  5. Read the stipe's report this morning and saw that another bigtime dog collapsed on the track and sadly passed away. About time this was looked at as he has had dogs collapsing on course for years. Would have to be the first autopsy on one of his dogs would it not? https://www.grnz.co.nz/catch-the-action/13106/stewards-report.aspx

Used to think peter early was great. Than you try to listen to him on the radio and your opinion changes very quickly, hes terrible. The oldies should step down and allow a few newbies to take over
  7. I see Freeman is back to rigging distance races. How many dogs will be scratched from that race tommorow?
  8. People have this much of a vendetta against Purdons that they make up childish rumours?
  9. He was even allowed to empty dogs on the course.
  10. Sworn off? He had permission to do everything except to box and catch a dog on course. He was not sworn off at all.
  11. I know of atleast 5 in the north island that are operated the same way
  12. sounds to me like you just dislike Denis
  13. Quite funny how everyone seems to think Davids at fault. People cannot be further from the truth. Everyone has said hes a p addict yet he has never had one charge, and every time hes been reported by other people in the greyhound industry, police have acted accordingly and hes come up clean (It was even in the newspaper one day that they checked his vehicle and drug tested him). No different this time. As for the hair follicle that was requested. I have heard that it was requested before the B swab had even returned which is against protocol to begin with as a positive swab is not a positive until both samples have returned. I also heard they went to a number of associates of Davids and drug tested them for p and tried to get them to say he was on p and failed aswell. As for warning David off, they warned him off because he was apparently exploiting a loop hole. However, that would mean he has done nothing against the rules therefore that warning off was done so illegally. A precedent was set a few years ago when Walsh went to Australia, she had to come back once every 3 months. Denis went to the property twice a week and had discussions about the dogs and was involved with the management of all of them. So again, everything done here was unlawful as the RIU and JCA have already set a precedent. Plus I know off many trainers that operate in a similar fashion. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There is alot more going on here than meets the eye.
  14. the same issue has occurred for years. its been a lot worse than that in the past
  15. After seeing these pictures, I think the track curators at Auckland deserve a round of applause to get the meeting going on Monday
  16. you are right. ran very similar to swift fantasy. lucky not to be put out
  17. I see the stipes spotted one of the three dogs i noticed slipped today "YOOLDOME (10/1) - appeared to become unbalanced for several strides racing toward the first turn losing ground. Veterinary examination revealed pain in the right whip muscle with a 14 day stand down imposed. Stewards and track staff reviewed footage and inspected this section of the track following this event. The track was attended to by track staff and the meeting continued as scheduled."
  18. Two very good heats. Be a close final. The 5 was the surprise of the heats getting so close to dusty gambler. Should be a top final with these three quality dogs in it and a few other top contenders. Track held up well mostly. Did see a few dogs slip on the surface though.
  19. Well its raining in Auckland this morning. Doesn't look good for Manukau today
  20. Id be surprised if a meeting goes ahead tomorrow. The rain has just lifted now. And the forecast is just as bad tomorrow as it was today. If the curator wasnt at the track working on it today. Itll be worse now than it was 5 hours ago
  21. If they dont have the heats tommorow, they are apparently going to draw the final out of a hat ?? Why not hold the heats next sunday instead?
  22. Racing tommorow i believe. 3pm start. However if it keeps on raining, i cant see the races going ahead myself
  23. Meetings abandoned I believe
  24. May as well stick with the Purdon/Rasmussen combo today. You'll be rich
  25. Haters gonna hate
