    I think it's more the lack of quality Pacers coming through the ranks from the other stables Richie, not too many want to take on 3+ Purdon horses in every big race, more money to make selling the good ones O/swhich is a real shame.

    I remember a really good horse that used to race at Alex park in the 80's called Islamic, if it was nowadays can you imagine if it broke and a race caller saying 'islamic bombed the start"

    Jeepers, I remember when they slaughtered 600 thoroughbreds in 2005 when things went tits up for racing over there, and what ever became of the trotters we sent to Macau in the 80's? I know the 100's of Aussie greyhounds sent over there didn't fare very well either when that all fell apart...
