  1. Was the meeting a bay of plenty meeting rather than a Rotorua meeting? I can't remember them racing at Vegas for a long time, I must be going senile!!
  2. Correction, battleship won it, I must have backed sleepy Baker! huge Field
  3. Great to see Rotorua trotting again, 2002 was the last time they raced, anyone know why they are back in action? I recall going to a NY Eve meeting 30 odd years ago, sleepy Baker winning the Rotorua cup.
  4. Marcoola, great value $3.70ff Aussie horse $1.55
  5. Highland reign bb Step up bb Hoping dizzy miss Lizzie can get back to best, not a good thing to leave her in care of all star's ..easily beating their top filly till holiday there! Good luck with her tonight htp
  6. Happy used to date the princess!
  7. Unfortunately it's tossers like you that pop on once in a while with nothing positive to say that bring things down, hesi has been a big and positive contributer to Boay since it's inception.
  8. Funny thing is it only happened over a very short time and I think he said he just had a bad flu!
  9. I'm sure a few poms on this site and others that have lived in the UK or visited will remember this bloke, some what of a polarising figure, ex bookie, tv pundit, not a very p.c guy, but I'm also not p.c and enjoyed watching his bollocks and people he worked with squirm around him, like Clare balding, Willie Carson and thomo....Anyway very colourful characters on channel 4 racing in the UK put the morons we have here to shame, enjoyed watching them for the 20 years I lived there. Anyway got a shock when I saw what had become of john mckirrick
  10. Your right Harewood, they will turn him into a huge star.
  11. Something will be blocked!
  12. That's a real feel good story, he must be a real old boy now
  13. No Kane is positioning himself behind the leader
  14. 0.05 % terminated, so about $210 in the trifecta pool.. what a waste of time
  15. I think that was the relevant % of the trifecta, the pool would have been not much more than the first 4 but paid as 1or 2% so the winners of the tri would have split a small amount rather than the $4400.
  16. Yes our mana 2nz cup seconds and one Auckland cup 2nd, I remember when he and Derby were coming through and Derby beat him in the flying stakes, I think Derby had won 8 from 8 I thought Derby would kick on and become a super star, but our mana turned out much better.
  17. Minor glitch happy ?
  18. Thomass would you like me to initiate a poll on your behalf?
  19. At least you are here now and can ask questions and not run off and moan about us! Welcome to Boay
  20. Thanks Robert, the last I heard he was being set for Cambridge futurity on the 24th? But weren't confident he would be fit in Time.
  21. He must have been the first then brodster?
  22. I see chase Auckland on the export list to Australia, wasn't aware he was fit yet
  23. Yes your right shad, Wilbur win in 1985, I see he was exported straight after. I'm trying to think of any others that got the bonus...
  24. Why on earth do they keep on with promoting this farce!
  25. I saw Preston pans ran 2nd again at menangle, I thought he would have been a better propersition on the smaller tracks in Victoria. Didn't have the speed to lead yesterday and sat 1+1 led with 50m to go and got bombed on the line
