  1. Maybe Chief had a cow called Durban Chief that he bumped into…
  2. I see Dexter is back in NZ…. Surprised that him arriving was not on social media or TV…. for what he has achieved around the world should have some sort of celebration… Or maybe he would rather slip in and out….
  3. Is he based in Nth Island? Not seen him drive down here, good to see him back in the game.
  4. Michael Hay has recently started driving in the Nth Island. Is this John Hays son? If so, where has he been for many years, good to see him back in the harness game
  5. Warnings are not good, surely even you can agree. We halt racing for so called dangerous tracks…. but see nothing wrong with dangerous riding. I’m not targeting Lily, others have a worse record
  6. I never said she wasn’t a good rider, I said she is mentioned in the Stipes Reports more than should be. Rode Don Pedro at Trentham 3 wide the trip…. and received a warning on Chantilly Lace. She did well at Greymouth on some great rides…. also small fields so less to clip heels with
  7. Come on, she had some great rides, Myers runners always go well on the coast. Shows how bad some of the other muppet riders are
  8. But you have to agree, the majority of horses falling or jockeys falling off, are from inexperienced jockeys, same those clipping heels. Need more time at trials way before they turn up on Raceday, no doubt there will be far more falls in the coming days. If those in the industry can’t sort these issues, gallops will be next to go, why not if horses race around in fields not in control, or jockeys getting trampled. I have not seen any jockey or horse falling I Australia for a long time, not just metro tracks, but outback as well.
  9. My attacks are not personal, I am really concerned about the training and quality of jockeys we have in NZ. It seems some just want to get the front then slam on the brakes, it’s bloody dangerous, but it seems that I am the only one on here that is concerned about the skill of some of our jockeys, trust me it’s getting worse.
  10. I would have held on….
  11. Now in the first race at Kurow….Balloo hops off as gates open 😂😂
  12. Yep, good one. Priced dropped quick so somebody got plenty 👍
  13. Yep, outside horse did slip, so maybe I was wrong, but the inside horse??
  14. I posted it before Boxing Day you muppet
  15. The amount of owners that get sucked in by Ellis…. everybody mentions his few top horses, but forgets about the many hundreds owners buy for big money. His second tier nags could hardly keep up at Ashburton yesterday, did get one winner but overall crap
  16. I disagree, very close to clipping heels on several occasions, nothing against her but she and others need more training. So why was nothing mentioned regarding 2 jockeys falling off?
  17. Have you posted Stipes report from Otaki on Dec 19th? Lilys name gets mentioned constantly, maybe you need to look at riders at Wanganui today, been terrible but consistent to what we have seen recently.
  18. Your funny…. Post stewards report
  19. How stupid to compare. It was a track gallop. The race in question was at the finish right at the winning post, both inexperienced jockeys thinking about Xmas dinner rather than concentrating on race. Quite frankly, the quality of riding especially in the Sth Island has been a disgrace. Yes, I know we have some good jockeys down here, but a big gap to the others. So many foreign jockeys, hate to see them driving cars
  20. What, are you saying with that minor interference that a senior jockey would also have fallen off?
  21. Experianced riders would have stayed on
  22. At least everyone now can get both on Freeview….
  23. I thought it better Westport on 2, keep gallops on 1
