Hey TAB FOR EVER…. What are the clowns at TAB doing…. i used to get plenty of matched deposits, until we were no longer allowed to bet overseas, matched deposits and other offers stopped immediately. How crazy, did you think i would transfer my Aus spend to TAB? Well it didnt, in fact i have not had a bet with TAB since, they can get stuffed. Still turnover same with Betcha, but i am betting far less, same with most others. Should have gone all out offering punters, instead of retreating

We at the TAB…. explains a bit mate. But your right, people got sick of waiting all night for sometimes poor returns. You guys at TAB should try it again, put up a decent pool and make it terminating, you might be surprised. Just some feedback for the TAB, i no longer take quaddies with the TAB on harness, the pools are piss poor and i am sick of getting a small slice, while the rest of pool goes to TABs coffers, should be terminating too. Far better taking quads betcha, at least you get paid fixed odds pay

Just my view…. would love to own as she is a very good horse, but if going to Aus, race it against 2nd tier horses. You see so many NZ & Aus horses trying to compete against the best, but why put horse through that

Too true….that Thursday crap is not helping attracting long term punters. Its catering for the On Course punters club types. They should run a terminating Pick 6 every now and then, on earlier races, or on a friday meeting across 2 meetings. Yes, i know it was done previously, but it was available all the time, took the gloss off it. I also didnt invest much because some were not terminating,

Good to see horses coming from the back…. as far as Quintessa goes, great run from well back…. A good horse in NZ, previous racing in Aus not good enough against their good horses. Just keep it in NZ, dont flog it in Aus when we know its not up to them…

Thats harsh…. I initially opened Betezy account, which changed over night to Beteasy…. then to Sportsbet… so things change quick in Aus. Only real issue i had was waiting 4-5 days for withdrawing. You also have to remember the reason i opened Aus account about 9 yrs ago…. Because TAB back then offered NZ punters Zilch…. others would say the same… have a nice nite

It seems raising money has never been hard for Tripp….. how he turned around Sportsbet and others obviously impressed investors. When Betr started, think he offered new account holders to punt horses on Melbourne Cup at $100 to 1, from memory max bet $10. Crazy really, but certainly got new punters on board, was up for $50m if fav won… luckily it didnt. I suppose like everyone, we are all asking what would happen if Entain did exit NZ….I have no idea how it would pan out. I suppose NZ asked for it… giving full control of TAB to Entain.

NZ TAB should have teamed up with Matt Tripp rather than Entain…. The guy knows the Australian & NZ gambling environment….i can see the deal getting done…. Would be funny if i am back punting with Sportsbet soon 🤣🤣🤣

Hey Chief…. how come you have not mentioned anything about Entains upcoming Austrac hearing…. 640 pages and not good reading. There is a common theme with Entain, they go hard out offering promos and deposit match deals, then turn them off. That is the reason they are now struggling in Aus, NZ will follow suit. No way will Entain be able to have NZ punters betting on Aus dog racing, it will not happen, more money gone…. So while your jumping up and down creaming your Y front jocks….and if Entain NZ do get 12% growth for the next year, its a far cry from what they expected to recoup stopping NZ punters offloading overseas

But to offset that…. NBA has just finished, that sport in NZ is the highest sport for betting turnover….

Changing the subject a bit…. TAB staff? When Entain took over they stated staff would be retained for a couple years…. must be getting close to the carnage, heard anything?
