    Must be a little early in the morning mate. If you bet $10k with tab, and broke even, you would get nothing. If you bet with crownbet for instance, bet same $10k and broke even you would at least get $50 bonus bet, maybe more due to their great promo deals. Big difference getting bonuses for turnover compared to bonuses for losing.

    Shiv, Matched deposits, free bets, promos of course work, that’s what enticed me to bet mainly with aus bookies. But TAB pay rebates on punters that lose for a certain period, they give back 5%. So an elite punter loses $1000.00 in a month, they give him back $50? To pay on punters losing, is crazy. By the way, I have emailed tab before, they wanted my tab Acc details, but as I don’t bet much with them anymore, they would not give me any more details. So what’s your views Shiv, rather than just direct people to an email address,

    Yeah, Reefton I think you know the snarky remarks were intended for a certain person, you will know that he loves the banter?. To have a horse good enough to even set foot on Aussie soil is huge. Good luck for the future, both owners & horse.

    I talked to a so called elite punter over Xmas, he told me that he gets paid a rebate on money that he lost that month? I thought that seemed crazy, always thought these sort of things were paid on turnover.

    Anything that gets people interested , and to the track must be a good thing. You would think that the TAB would have jumped on this and supported them, crazy that Ladbrooks is getting all the publicity.

    Kihikihi kid, Tell is more about BGP? Do you pay to join? Do clubs give them rooms, food & drink on the proviso that they bet with them? Also, how did that punters club go Karaka, seems a huge amount of money.

    Dead right, open class ranks look very bleak. He was a fantastic stayer, but not really a mile horse. Will be interesting to see how he goes in those us races. Dont blame them for selling, that’s a stack of dough. Surprised that he was purchased for such an amount, aside from Christian Cullen, our stallions not really set the world on fire.

    BGP 9000 members? Coincidence, where have I heard 9000 members before. I see for $100 they can bus you to the jewels, entry and access to private lounge, 6 beers & food? Seems pretty good. Do they venture to sth island?

    When you look at these types of sites, you need a few characters to make it work, and for people to keep coming back. If it gets boring, people will give up, if it gets too abusive, will have same effect. On BOAY we have a great mix of people, growing all the time, and most of all, EVERYONE HAS SAME POSTING RULES!!! Nobody has special treatment. Which shows in post numbers, especially harness section.
