  1. After his drive in the first race tonight, me thinks Luk may be out for a long time…. Showed no urgency when leading near finish, just gawking at his stablemate getting up in the final stride…. Wow that’s a bad look for harness…
  2. What is it? Covers screen on iPhone, pain in the arse.
  3. What’s your views on this spam Chief?
  4. Brodie, The only thing propping up racing in NZ is Sports betting or Aus racing. Should be happy how it’s going, I like what they are offering, I am betting more with them on all betting types. If you think 5 horse Auckland fields and low class racing was going to support the sport, you’d dreaming
  5. The BGP boys have tipped a few good winners lately. Old Ted’s on a shit run, still they keep the faith
  6. Good, Most are well past their due date. I always bet on phone when oncourse, got sick of standing behind somebody putting $1 place on most of the field for their whanua.
  7. Gambling awareness??? FFS, they are pushing people to punt…
  8. As mentioned, good to see driver change and horse racing far better.
  9. What a turnaround in form for George Eliot, better drivers and presto.
  10. Didn’t catch the start, was well back so I assume it galloped.
  11. Well, Finally Maria Perriton has given this nag to someone else to train. In 10 minutes time, it is racing in the first race at Auckland. Zac is driving for the Wallis / Hacket stable. Drawn wide, but only paying $6 f/odds. Can it win??
  12. Too true, sometimes I do my picks and see f/odds halved quickly, usually as BGP tipped it.
  13. Well, have to admit the tipsters have got a few home lately. Amazing to see the fixed odds price tumble as the BGP fellas offload, although when they lose TAB must love it. One of them must own or love The Bloss…. Well past its best but the tip goes out it week and they hop on i
  14. Be interesting to see how many gallops meeting have been axed in the past 12 months. Either called off before meeting or during. I have no idea, but I will say 30, anyone know?
  15. Yeah, under the circumstances that Bobbie’s Rock went huge
  16. Well the tip for Warmonger was right, killed them. As for Saban, well drew wide yet Kah got her back last on inner? Mmm, did save ground on turn, don’t think handled ground that well. At least it came 4th, so got most of Chief Stipeh back
  17. Totally agree… those heading to outside rail hindering others
  18. I reluctantly have a sizeable bet on Saban later, thought horse primed and great value at $11. Sadly, she is riding it, which made me bet less. Let’s see how she goes in next few races when she’s not on hotpot, hopefully she can get Saban home🤭
  19. Another post after the race 😆😆😆
  20. Come on, don’t be a dick. Another $2 shot, taken back after drawing wide, then a slight check. Horse was just that much better, what was special about it?
  21. Goodness, Mickey Mouse half the field? Won’t be betting on race, anyone excited on that race may as well use a pokie machine as well..
  22. Well, we know it loves wet track, one of a few to handle conditions. $2 fav…. Once again you could have ridden. Let me know what you think of here other runners, you seem to be an expert after the race.
  23. Thought this horse was a good bet tonight, although with that driver and from a stand odds far too short… Away slowly but settled in one one…. Sadly Steph had a snooze down that back when parked horse stopped…. Stayed behind it while getting taken but until she suddenly woke up and pulled wide… zooming home for 2nd🫣😙… who backed it and are you feeling🤮
  24. They are big fields there Chief, I think she will struggle to win a race!! Which one do you like the best, we can lay it 😗. I thought Saban run home well for 2nd, never going to win but beat rest easily.
  25. Fair enough, you all seem to disagree and that’s fine. But really Harness is on a downward spiral, except the grass scene which offers a great family experience and keeps growing. Punters have far more options to gamble, years ago I would have offloaded on the Addington Trots tonight, but instead I have bet on the league and afl, looking forward to the Aus racing on Sat. Judging by poor betting figures lately, I am thinking a lot of punters thinking the same. Low class harness racing not helping, dumbing down an already poor product.
