  1. Yeah, under the circumstances that Bobbie’s Rock went huge
  2. Well the tip for Warmonger was right, killed them. As for Saban, well drew wide yet Kah got her back last on inner? Mmm, did save ground on turn, don’t think handled ground that well. At least it came 4th, so got most of Chief Stipeh back
  3. Totally agree… those heading to outside rail hindering others
  4. I reluctantly have a sizeable bet on Saban later, thought horse primed and great value at $11. Sadly, she is riding it, which made me bet less. Let’s see how she goes in next few races when she’s not on hotpot, hopefully she can get Saban home🤭
  5. Another post after the race 😆😆😆
  6. Come on, don’t be a dick. Another $2 shot, taken back after drawing wide, then a slight check. Horse was just that much better, what was special about it?
  7. Goodness, Mickey Mouse half the field? Won’t be betting on race, anyone excited on that race may as well use a pokie machine as well..
  8. Well, we know it loves wet track, one of a few to handle conditions. $2 fav…. Once again you could have ridden. Let me know what you think of here other runners, you seem to be an expert after the race.
  9. Thought this horse was a good bet tonight, although with that driver and from a stand odds far too short… Away slowly but settled in one one…. Sadly Steph had a snooze down that back when parked horse stopped…. Stayed behind it while getting taken but until she suddenly woke up and pulled wide… zooming home for 2nd🫣😙… who backed it and are you feeling🤮
  10. They are big fields there Chief, I think she will struggle to win a race!! Which one do you like the best, we can lay it 😗. I thought Saban run home well for 2nd, never going to win but beat rest easily.
  11. Fair enough, you all seem to disagree and that’s fine. But really Harness is on a downward spiral, except the grass scene which offers a great family experience and keeps growing. Punters have far more options to gamble, years ago I would have offloaded on the Addington Trots tonight, but instead I have bet on the league and afl, looking forward to the Aus racing on Sat. Judging by poor betting figures lately, I am thinking a lot of punters thinking the same. Low class harness racing not helping, dumbing down an already poor product.
  12. Don’t think we are the fighting types, too old. More like… A FRIGHT NIGHT 😆
  13. Me, I am over the constant crap harness racing. Small fields that are less than 8 runners I never bet on, we are specialising in 2nd tier harness. When anyone comments on here about memories of harness, it’s never about a maiden, amateur or claiming race. People talk about heading out to Addington in July to watch Hands Down battle it out, or Sir Castleton and Basil Dean…. even when we have open class racing or cups, they are usually low class or small fields.
  14. Haha, you initially put up $6.7 mil and I corrected you…. Then changed your post and deleted mine….your funny
  15. Very good post, I don’t agree with you all the time but do this time. Has McGrath done his time, how long is too long? Let’s be honest, been some pretty dodgy shit in harness over the years, most swept under the carpet. So I see no worries to see him start back out working for someone with limits placed. You mention Michael House, not a fav of mine but I have heard another story similar to yours, so he gets a thumbs up for me. And while we are at it, I always thought the way the David Walker disqualification was way over the top, talented guy yet never rode in a race again.
  16. I think we are over the saturated low class racing. Bad enough the amateur racing, then we have claiming too? Maybe look at handicapping first, maybe first couple wins penalty free
  17. Here’s a list of the countries that are Geo Blocking…. surely looking at this list NZ would be the laughing stock of the world if we joined. If NZ did go the Geo Blocking way, how does that affect those buying goods from overseas, eg Temu, ebay, Amazon ?
  18. I suppose most have moved on from watching trackside and waiting for divs, results etc. Just get a smartphone while watching, easy as
  19. Forget turning $100 into $6000, it’s the turnover the point here. So what’s your view if he turned over $30k in the 150 bets? What’s that worth to tab
  20. Maybe it’s you struggling here… let’s face it, the facts here are a little flimsy… maybe 100-150 bets, starting with 10% Quin, 90% Trifecta, started with $100 turns into $6000. Only you Chief can even try to speculate on this, how much was he betting, how much was his collects, if you don’t know net info how can you even discuss. Talking to my Sportsbet rep, he has told me several times that they mostly ban punters from overseas for betting after race has started, or arbing. Did say they look at NZ punters betting on trifectas on Sportsbet, but overall it’s not the reason they close Accs.
  21. Whoa… that’s harsh, I have no idea where she is, just asking you as your no 1 fan.
  22. Yeah, sad watching Nth Island harness…can’t see it getting better anytime soon
  23. Black mare with white harness…
  24. Not surprised the ones supporting McGrath….
