Happy Sunrise
This may be unpopular but I think jumps racing is cruelty. I don't feel the same way towards harness racing as the welfare of horses is high on the agenda and ability of drivers has improved markedly leading to few incidents. I won't be going along to Trentham Gardens but I get their point.

They would be more constructive if they protested about the rights of punters being able to put on $1000 or collect $1000 without having to present a damn punters card! This is a breach of the privacy act that everyone quotes!!!! If there weren’t jumps races, many thoroughbred horses would be put down earlier! 1

Your wallet could carry your punters card and your anti racing members card with a comment like that Brods.

Seeing you have the time and the resources why don’t you undertake the test case on behalf of punters?

I certainly will have more time on my hands Tonka, as there will be many of the bigger investors in NZ just give the punting away! Just another nail in the coffin for NZ racing, but then many making the decisions just don’t care!
Chief Stipe
Would it be fair to say more horses are injured on the flat than over jumps?

Flagship uberalles
I think it gives horses that some not so kind owners/trainers may have been happy putting into a pet food tin a second chance........ jumps racing in NZ pretty prehistoric though compared to UK and France
