Rusty
I won't do anymore. It will be too embarrassing for the poor bloke.

The big question for me is when you live and breath racing like Greg O'Connor does, do you go home and watch videos and really analyse the races further? One may watch the watch the races while there but you miss a lot so I don't know how good a tipster a presenter can be. Be easier just to go with the flow and throw out the obvious form horses and stables.
Rusty
I don't want to be too harsh on him, as I could never do what he does, with the presenting and selections etc. But one thing I would say, is that these "suggested" quaddies, best bets and the like, which include a spend figure, is a bit of a joke. No one is forcing anybody to copy their selections and suggested spend, but afer a period of such poor performance you'd think they would hit it on the head and do something a bit different with a different approach.

Don’t think the presenters are there to tip out winners, rather to get punters to offload, if the TAB lets you on! They don’t really want the presenters to give out horses that are going to get in and clean the Bookies out I wouldn’t imagine. No real point either when some of them are tipping out 8 or 9 horses per race like Davey Mac!

the galah
I stick to my own picks, but do think mr O'Connor knows the form very well, and always gives an honest assessment of what he thinks are the best chances.
Rusty
Presenters are there in an attempt to drive turnover I guess. Was interesting to see when T Lee returned to NZ he negotiated a contract that did not include any tipping. Waaaaaay too good.
