Fred
Forget the activists -- the real call for banning whips is coming from those actively involved in the industry, Those who recognise that times have changed.
All The Aces
You will find a lot of horses will be retired earlier then Freda. The bludgers etc. Will the bigger punters stay if the whip is banned is another question to be asked also. The end result could be small fields which doesn't encourage punting any way and reduced income as a result of that combined with bigger punters walking away. You reap what you sew. Thomass
Cant you read? If a THOROUGHBRED can't perform as well without the Whip... It follows the genuine horse trying it's Heart out...WITHOUT BEING WHIPPED...will become superior performers... ....and go on to breed...with superior Black Type in its pedigree
