Willangus Lad- Southland trotters inferior to Canterbury!!!!

Willangus Lad running in race 5 tonight at Addington has cemented my thoughts that Southland trotting races are far inferior to Canterbury trotting races.

Why the Bookies had the horse so short is hard to fathom when it has not been racing too much down south.

Yes there is Chinese Whispers but most of the trotters down south would not be that competitive in Canterbury and that js why they remain mostly down south.

Yes there is the odd trotter that goes good but is racing pretty average horses.

You can see why The Williamson’s campaign down south!

I agree with Galah. I think Wilangus Lad is a reasonable trotter but he is not an Addington horse. He disappointed during the Cup Carnival and had no chance tonight in my opinion. N. Williamson's horses seem to race well everywhere but it's a big test for them tonight.
