Guest CrossCodes
All I can say now that is is officially the worst cup field in at least the past decade, Tiger Tara would probably be my pick at this stage.

Certainly no value with Tiger Tara or Ult Machete on fixed odds. Cruz Bromac, Eamon Mqguire and The Fixer, i have punted all 3, at various stages.
Guest CrossCodes
The plot thickens! The Fixer has come from nowhere to put his hand up, whereas Ultimate Machete didn't look happy throughout the entire race, when Mark looked down at the horse and went down to the pegs with a lap to go you knew something wasn't right. Interesting to see who Rasmussen drives in the cup, thats the pointer to who all stars reckon will win....

Happy Sunrise
Just for the record. The Fixer opened at 11s, drifted to 18s then 21 and ultimately paid $3.70 the tote. Seemingly came into calculations late in the piece going by these comments. His chances were undoubtedly helped by the late withdrawals of Ultimate Machete and Chicago Bull.
