Selections game - 3rd Sept - Addington + Cambridge place punting

You have $3000, you must select 3 horses, each horse will get an imaginary $1000 fixed place bet on it. You must advise at time of selections what these odds are of your 3 selected.

Horses to be chosen can be either Addington or Cambridge or both.

Winner is the person with the highest amount back over all 3 bets. Must return over $3000. 

Shall place my selections tonight if not tomorrow morning.

Brods will you make a special guest appearance 😄 ?

Ok here are selections. Think may get slammed here 😬 As don’t know South Island form that well. Nothing jumped at me at Camb. Anything I liked for a place was super short. 

Peeps can take Top 4 place or even a Top 2 place. As long as its place.

Beach Ball $1.70 Top 3 (concerns me no trial but lets see, good form & draw)

Kerry Maguire $3.30 Top 3 (good driver on & curious to see how she goes here, Telfer runner)

Hi Karrots , heading straight to the leading stable with best horses. Sundees Son would be a bit short but am still going for leading trainer John Dunn 'treble' still.

Pretty short then , should be win or bust hahaha, and why is the FFA a stand? so old Whitesocks might miss away? just get em' all on the gate and all away safely is what they should do.?  (saves more punters losing faith and/or money on gallopers) The FFA trot is a mobile , but I reckon the trots races 1 and 4 will be 'chaos' at the start.

Ya, but what I can do for you my friend, is switch out to Top 2 for SKOW & Classie B instead of Top 3.

Ok after some intense study I have come up with these three.

Race 2  Melodys Mischief. FO 2.90

Race 7  American sniper. FO 2.20

Race 11 Evangelist. FO 2.20.

If one was putting real cash on these for place betting you would more than double your cash if they all placed , 2 would get money back plus some and one would make a loss which is what I normally do most times anyway lol.

Will have to do an update & add 1 of yours to our BOAY multi. Yeah I was thinking I made a mistake in sense that the others only need 1 to come in, to get their money back, whereas I need 2 minimum. Ill take a look at yours selections and be back with an ad in multi 😄

Yes he has gone missing, strangely enough, even tho he is “Always on the money in his mind” lol.  But hey Karrots likes Brods regardless, he is like me a unique character 😄

Am tempted to contact HRNZ myself, to their credit they have always been super cool & nice to me, I give them a 5 out of 5 credit rating to date. And I have spoken favourably of Woodham, unlike others on here.

Im a bit surprised. Thought he was more approachable, transparent & open-minded to ideas.

Without being offensive & they wonder why the ship is sinking & HARD & FAST in the NORTH.

They need peeps in the game in these higher positions that have money in the game, more than just a share or 2 in a horse. Who cares about qualifications. Karrots has a degree. Not really a big deal. Need passion, + money in it, like its your own business.

So Iv got this straight, its ok to take ideas for news stories from BOAY chat thread for HRNZ, but now if I Karrots makes a suggestion re a commentator, then within that SAME WEEK they FIRE their services from NOW, EVEN making FORM selections. WTF.
