They do what they can copy or outsource simple as that(Animal welfare,stable audits,CPD,Venue Plans,thoroughbred rehoming etc) what they can copy can either be fabricated from a measurement perspective or simply glossed over with corporate BS ... simple as that really, what can be outsourced is never their responsibility or something they are accountable for. They will never attack anything of significance as they simply don't have the expertise to do so. (see the IT project as an example) -
$10 wouldve a reasonable amount of money back then! TAB allow me to only net $20 on some bets in 2024? -
They arent that welcoming Ladbrokes Australia unless you are donating to their coffers! Show any consistency in winning and they will shut you down, Chief. If the NZ TAB want punters to offload on racing then they need to show that they want punters. Giving some punters free bets or cash bonuses to losing punters is falsifying the true amount being wagered! They will continue to lose punters interests in NZ and they can least afford that to happen in racing! Encourage punting to increase turnover who in turn introduce more punters. some of the decisions they have made are mind numbing stupidity, if they are wanting to make more money, however I do not believe that they are that business savvy!

How Willo handles public criticism ====================== Melbourne Cup winning jockey Craig Williams has explained how he handles the public criticism that comes with being a high-profile jockey, like he is. Williams was at his best on Saturday, guiding Bella Nipotina to victory in the G1 Doomben 10,000. However, he’s also found himself the target of online vitriol from punters and criticism from connections when he’s been defeated on top gallopers like Giga Kick and Mr Brightside this season. “I don’t always get it right on a racetrack and also some people have other opinions on what they believe is right and wrong, what’s possible and impossible,” Williams said. “My job is to just to consistently ride well and make less mistakes than the next person because I am human, I am going to make them. That’s all I worry about doing and making sure that most importantly, that my core business is comfortable with me. My job is about riding winners and keeping rides, securing the next future horse that’s coming on. “Unfortunately, in sport and with different outlets now or different means, people think they’re experts, they think they have a right to say something, but I guess I’ve already learnt that you can only control the controllables. That is what I do and how I handle what I do, rightly or wrongly.” Williams’ success aboard Bella Nipotina on the weekend was his 77th group one victory in his career and his second straight win in the Doomben 10,000, after taking it out last year on Giga Kick.
