    Perhaps. But for most NZ'ers who don't have OZ accounts it is better than the previous. I'll reserve my judgement until I see what the NZ racing presentation is like. I'm guessing if they NZ races have as much information as the OZ then they will have had to source the information from OZ sources rather than directly from the NZ codes.

    Geez...did they actually involve any customer testing? Once again the font is bloody hard to see!! Maybe Specsavers is the new Trackside/TAB sponsor? The extra information looks good but damn hard to read. Waiting for the next NZ racing to see if the apprentice claim stays on screen rather than disappearing!

    Bonus bets in all the accounts do you think? Cardinal rule in an IT project - never, ever, ever go live if you can't guarantee customer service. Hence test test test. I'm guessing they are pressing on instead of rolling back.

    Every IT project I was involved in was completed on time and with no disruption to customers. The latter being the primary goal.

    Did you read my post and the time I posted it? I posted it well before the upgrade start time. So WHAT BASIC KNOWLEDGE DO I LACK? Oh and by the way if you had read the notices as you infer you have you'd know that the upgrade is so far running 30 minutes late.

    That's because I'm sure not many pay any attention to your posts. Bearing in my of course that it isn't the first time you have used the derivative of you avatar name on BOAY. You have no idea what my view of greyhound trainers nor does anyone else. Which is the reason for your avatar name - you have an agenda. Quite frankly I'm ambivalent to Greyhound racing.
