Isn't it great that soccer fans the world over will no longer have to watch the sight of NEYMAR writheing on the ground in agony at this tournament. Although i have no doubt now that the comp is over he will be writheing on the ground only this time there may be a few Russian females helping to ease the pain. Hollywood here i come.

Kevin O'Connor former president of the Waipa Racing Club,owner trainer and breeder has passed away. Remember with great fondness days on the O'Connor farm picking up hay and ending the day having a swim in their pool. condolences to Mrs O' Connor,Pumpkin and rest of family.

Shock and horror as there appeared to be a person in the members stand smoking.I think we need to send over a rep from the NZ Govt to advise Ascot on what is and is not acceptable on our screens. How many kiwis will be influenced to begin smoking after watching that.
