I have met plenty of people of different ethnicity in my time. I have thought a few of them have been arseholes. However, the arsehole bit has never had anything to do with their ethnicity.

It isn't garbage journalism because Bronson Munro made himself a public figure with his racial abuse of a person in rugby. Now he has followed it up with verbal abuse of females. This is what the news is. The girls didn't need to make a complaint as it was done for them by the RIU. It will be interesting to read the JCA report of this when it comes out. I suppose the full story will be told then.

There is an answer? Don't just take one, take both. It would be more interesting. If the the 3 Williamsons' had reasonably similar books you could have just those 3 or you could do a drivers challenge for those drivers south of the Waitaki so Dex n Blair miss out.

Or males can simply show some respect. If males do feel aggrieved by something on the track they should point it out in a controlled manner, that goes for the females as well, it is a workplace after all and a public one at that. Gender shouldn't have anything to do with it. Just act like a good person.

I think he needs someone to tell him to pull his head in. Because of his past indiscretion with the rugby abuse (which was quite big news), he doesn't have the luxury that many others have. No one really cares if a couple of drivers sling some shit towards each other now and again but after getting so much publicity for something which is deemed so unacceptable he has a go at females in this current environment. Everyone does the wrong things at times but you have to start learning at some stage.

I thought Baker Creek was shaping as a winner in race 2 but the field is awkward for her. Stablemate Go Toddy is lower on the odds too. Maybe his day? Chuck in the 2-year-olds and the more I look at the race and the more I think I should stay away. Hate it when that happens! I'm on the Chris McDowell bandwagon at the moment. His team is racing well. ?

Take the platform away but wrap the horse in cellophane so there is no danger to anyone. That is health and safety at its best.

The person in question once asked how many horses other posters had owned. I think he said 15 or so, which meant he was on a higher pedestal than the rest of us, even though we didn't offer how many we had owned. I have a cat by the way. He must be desperate if he is critiquing drives, his only area of expertise is brown nosing and all things All-Stars. Really? That's funny. Real funny.

Now that Tom Wood is moving to Hong Kong (what an achievement) I see it was suggested on the galloping forum Matt Cross might apply for the vacancy in Singapore. Who could blame him but wouldn't that be a loss to the industry. Not only do we lose our up and coming horses, we also lose our up and coming commentators. ☹️

Tom Wood is getting to live the dream. Losing Matt Cross would be awful as he is a fella on the rise. So talented.

I think this horse has had his day. I remember the days when he was competitive in much harder races and every time he lines up I think to myself that he must be a chance, always goes out short on tote but for no reason. Had his day I reckon in my opinion. Nice, Mardy. ? I agree. Must go close. Looked like he could have been anything when he first started. Now I am not so sure. For a horse who always goes out at short odds, sometimes very short, he underdelivers and burns the believers but he is just one of those horses that punters love. He will lead again tonight so we shall see. It is a very non-descript field. If The Golden Boy had drawn better, I would have punted him all day.
