  1. It is on a par with some of the recent ones. It is like he has depth perception. The front row is a mess and what about the second row!
  2. and the punters said 'fffffffffffffaaaaaaaarrrrrkkkkkk nooooooooo'
  3. Allowing for the variables of racing that start was incompetent. No wonder people don't bet on harness.
  4. Race 9. Who wants to say it?
  5. I was on a roll to get 0/10 but the Purdon runner saved my bacon by getting 3rd lol. Thanks All Stars 😁
  6. You stir wherever you go with your own arrogance and brown nosing.
  7. Your one is bigger than most, I imagine.
  8. Oh really. Didn't know that. Nah. You have an infatuation with the All Stars. I have no idea if you know anyone associate with the barn.
  9. Why not. Just a bit of fun. It is an interesting race with a lack of race form. Zambia is short isn't it.
  10. Brodie has changed the way I look at the odds now. All I see are the unders! Pretty easy when there are no overs. Trixton Time at 7s is pretty short for a horse having its 3rd start against battle hardened, but admittedly limited trotters. Westeros continues to be short at 8s. For interest sake, I will attempt to pick the card. Race 1 Le Tissier (9.50) Race 2 Coravally Star (6.50) Race 3 Smudgee (6.50) Race 4 Hot N Gold (21) Race 5 Jimmy Cannon (9.50) Race 6 Paramount Princess (2.30) Race 7 Fynn Frost (13) Race 8 Essence of Easton (5.50) Race 9 Sweeney Todd (10) Race 10 Hell's Shadow (7.50) Bit of value there 😂 My pants may well be round my ankles by the end of the day but who cares.
  11. If he won the NZ Cup this year it would rate as the 'biggest' victory in my time of following harness racing without a shadow of a doubt.
  12. Come on JJ, tell me what you think. Any chance to beat your boys? Actually talk racing for once.
  13. When is he racing again? That horse has a mountain to climb to win the NZ Cup. He is an unsound 7 year old who hasn't raced for a year due to injury and he is up against the All Stars. One would have to have a lot of faith or very deep pockets to take the 17FF on offer at the moment.
  14. You operate on a different level to most people. If you interpret it as disdain and envy you do so. If you look at my third post, I ask if Self Assured was a good bet a 1.90. Why don't you ask that instead of seeing things I am not saying. Then for some unknown reason you liked a post of him, then changed your tune to envy after I said about opening a book of All Stars versus the rest. Have a look at the odds of the market! The All Stars dominant, it is nearly a given they will win the race again this year. I asked on another thread if Copy That was the only threat but no one really replied to that. This is what I am saying. I won't apologize for not finding 3 year old and open class domination by the All Stars uninteresting. I have often said on BOAY I admire the standard of excellence by the All Stars (some just choose to not remember things or are thick) but I don't find it appealing to watch and I believe it is detrimental to the interests of the game.
  15. It is a spiral of doom. Can they not see that?
  16. I thought he said it was going to be the same.
  17. No idea how you see it as envy. I am saying the race is non-competitive to the point of being boring. Even if the likes of Copy That start in the race, the odds of it beating at least half a dozen All Star horses will take a miracle with their ability to the control the race.
  18. The TAB should open a book on the Cup All Stars: $1.20 The Rest: Write your own ticket
  19. Where did you see that HTP? It is good to hear.
  20. He will train the winner so it doesn't matter who is driving his horses. He could get all the amateur drivers on his horses and he would still win.
  21. And Turn It Up. Turn It Up, who is in Queensland and must be unlikely to return if he even ends up racing again, So, is Self Assured a good bet at 1.90?
  22. But Ultimate Sniper is unlikely to start Inter Dominion hero Ultimate Sniper has started the long road back to the track but don’t expect him to turn up in our greatest race. Because champion trainer Mark Purdon says while it is not impossible, the New Zealand Cup isn’t the aim for the Horse of the Year in waiting.
  23. He has abused many a people over the years. I am glad he got a fine and banned. He got what he deserved. This is where you are wrong. You don't have to be a detractor you only have to have a different point of view which he can't abide. Why don't you tell him to stop his behaviour?
  24. In winter for sure.
