I think it will be a favourites day tomorrow and can't see any blowouts which is a weird feeling for Motukarara. Very odd.
I will take a multi of Pinup Boy X Be Mine Tonight X Gladamare (on the grass up North)
Only bolter for me would be Carita at 21ff but it is hard to see it winning.
You really have to wonder if they just pick and choose what they want to see. Why would she go three wide when she is behind an All Stars hotshot who hasn't started weakening yet?
Why wouldn't they watch a replay before 'hearing' from Ms T.
Tonique De Feu goes out at 7.50FF for the TAB at the Mot tomorrow. It has only got a 3rd and a 4th in its last 10 starts but has never been paying longer than $9.50
There must be suckers out there who continually get duped into betting on these types of horses just by the price set by the TAB.
I thought it was the most willing racing I have seen for a long time.
Same slow horses at most meetings gets tedious...same fast horses at most premier meetings gets tedious too. At least, the races at Blenheim were highly competitive on the whole.
I semi agree, I have little love for the RIU but I also realise there are a few trainers and drivers out there who will put their own gain ahead of the industry.
The trainer kept lying to ramp things up though didn't he?
The report reads like they have gone after him. Interviews and a visit.
13. Mr Ydgren asked Mr Dolan if he had any concerns about the swabbing of the horse after the race yesterday and he said he had none.
What a question to ask. Mr Dolan must have felt he was boarding a plane overseas. Did you pack your own backs? Fair question when the horse is under your name but in the care of others.
When you said to the missus you were going to the races and hanging out at 'the birdcage' you were not quite telling the truth were you, Brodie, or do you prefer going by Armand or Albert?
So I suppose Brodie is in the van in his crusade against the TAB and Rangatira is in the van in his crusade against Brodie.
I just wonder how much petrol is left in the tank before the 'vans' run out.
