This is an extract from an article today in The Optimist. As someone who doesn't know much about the inner workings of the industry or how it is run, I find it quite hard to comprehend to be honest.
When some say turnover is up for a harness meeting, true or not - I don't know, it seems to fly in the face or reality or is the galloping code the only code that matters?
