How bloody weak, dogs a cheat. In fact half of the kennel are cheats. Eventually the useless NZGRA will have a full field of cheats all wearing blinkers. How would you feel lining up your dog with 7 cheats wearing blinkers. I know what I would do, walk away and refuse to line up. The blinkers rule came in many years ago before the advent of the Roberts of this world importing plane loads of cheats, ie dogs with tickets. Back then there were no imports, just locally bred dogs. You never saw dogs in blinkers back then. Now it is open slather on bringing in cheats, putting blinkers on them, and hoping for the best. If they keep this up, it will have the effect of turning punters off of Greyhound racing.

They know doubt rorted the system and found a convenient injury. That would be my guess. Its got me f#cked why these trainers waste time and energy on these bludgers. Surely they should put their efforts into honest dogs, and just kick the cheats into touch.

They are like a dog with a bone, just won't let go. Weir was a top trainer as evidenced by how well his horses performed when given to other trainers. They being the other trainers all spoke how well his horses were when transferred to their stables, and they performed accordingly. John Allen is an Irish jocky, they have a very different whip style, as do the Europeans. Weir was railroaded in my view, and 4 yrs after pleading guilty was manifestly excessive.

Actually water themes I am. My first Greyhound raced as Aqua Girl back in 1985, and my last one whom I still own and is now a pet, is called Surf Girl, and she incidentally is the dam of 3 winners today at Addington including the feature race in a time of 30.26 which is not bad for a class 1 greyhound, and she is the spitting image of her mother.

Glenda is far to busy to be worried about mundane things such as running Greyhound Racing NZ. She has far more pressing issues such as running for the Wellington City Council, which is taking up more and more of her valuable time. We all wish Glenda every success in this bid for a seat at the Council table, and what this could mean for Greyhounds NZ. Glenda brings a wealth of success in her political aspirations, being highly successful in her previous positions on the NZ Racing Board, and current commander in chief of the NZGRA. I'm sure all LP's and other stakeholders will wish Glenda all the success she deserves in her current role as CEO here at Greyhound headquarters, and in her current bid to run Wellington City.

Another thing they will not mention in this PC world is the fact the female brain is different to the male brain, they are wired differently, and the decision making process can differ from males, and I do not mean this in a derogatory way. In this life no matter what the feminists will have you believe, the simple fact is we are not equal in the natural world. Short answer you wouldn't, at least, not poppy bread. But nothing wrong with feeding stale brown bread before racing with a little am lamb milk. It is a good way to get some electrolytes and vitamin E into dog before racing without it being to heavy on the dogs stomach.

It should be stale bread when incorporated into a dogs diet.

So much for the Victorian Supreme Court, looks like it will go to the Australian Supreme Court for a decision. I was not impressed with the rational of the two Judges to convict. The third Judge was for the appeal to succeed. Their reliance on one persons testimony as against all the other evidence indicates to me that they were swept up by public opinion rather than the evidence before them, which I must say was lacking.

There's more to this than meets the eye. Mario and now Kerr deserting the ship is not because of better opportunities. I suspect they know something that the plebs don't.
