Yes, I finally got the help desk next morning which was last Thursday. The mistake occured Sandown night before. I new that the money was history when speaking Thursday morning, but just wanted to know whether there is a cancel button somewhere on the new website. No there is not. The cash out is for sports betting. Their help line is useless because you cannot get through. I told them they needed a hotline somewhere in their system to be able to cancel bad bets. You have a window when in a TAB to be able to cancel bad bets or mistakes. There should be an avenue to be able to cancel when using the website. I bet I will not be the only one to make horror mistakes using this crap website. I had over $3000 in the account, and I cringe thinking I could of made the bet for $30 instead of $20 in which case they would of cleaned the whole lot up.

Wish I could of got the cash out option. Lost $1800 on a single bet which was a mistake using new website. Put what I thought was a percentage first 4 for $20, but failed to put it in the percentage box, instead put it in the regular box. I didn't check before hitting accept button. Only after checking bet I saw to my horror I now had $20 units, and cost $1800. Had ten minutes before race started, so tried ringing TAB only to get recording, please wait. I then searched frantically for a cancel bet button or link on website. There f#cken isn't one, so had to sit and watch $1800 disappear from account. I am sure I would not have made that mistake with the old website.

I see the puppies are lining up at Otago on Tuesday making it 6 races in 19 days covering thousands of K's to venues such as Southland, Otago, and Canterbury. Poor Punch on Jessie did not want to be racing yesterday at Invercargil. Having its 5th start in 15 days, it just refused to go in the boxes. Eventually was loaded after losing its battle with the handler and trainer forcing it in. It ran last. It has now being put on the load first list. Should get some more practice in its 6th start in 19 days come Tuesday..

Yes, that makes it much harder to watch. Clearly they have ability, and in good hands, and with time to finish growing could of been anything. It is very hard to watch the destruction of such nice pups. They have good size about them, and they try very hard. But clearly in the wrong hands.

Well just watched race 9, and the last of the pups to go round. Punch on Jessie did not want to be there, and ran much the same as the rest of the pups earlier, last or near last. Very sad to watch.

Yes, thats another subject that will not escape attention regarding this long standing practice. What a sick lot they are. If there are honest, kind, and loving trainers reading this thread, and I know from experience, that this applies to 95% of Greyhound trainers, then they need to do whatever is needed to bring pressure to bear on the NZGRA to rid the industry of the rogue elements that will surely drag you all down. These rogue's only think of themselves, cheating is second nature, and they will supply the ammunition that will be the final nail in the coffin. Do something about it, do not tolerate these black sheep in your midst.

This is not new, the standard has been low for years now. As for having a punt on these races, its a no no. It appears to be getting worse by the week. And soon a fatality will happen if not addressed. I gave up punting on NZ racing except for the odd bet up Nth, preferring Victorian racing, as standard of riding, and state of tracks far superior to anything in NZ. Now with comingling and much better pools, why would you choose to bet on Sth Island racing. Just does not make sense.

You have a problem with reading the posts. I corrected it to 1999. The dog concerned collapsed at least 5/6 times before the plug was pulled by the NZGRA. The dog was trained by your father John Mac. I stand by what I say. Now back to a more important problem, the over racing of puppies today at Invercargil. 5 races on 3 different tracks over 15 days. They are 16 months old. I will let the readers decide whether this is good for these creatures.

Kyno Seleen was legal until they discovered that Heptaminiol was an active ingredient. Dog concerned was racing on it to prevent cramping. Then it became illegal, so dog had to race without it. Then starts collapsing. And junior, your father trained it.

Probably had not had trainers named changed at that stage. Back then you had 14 days from memory. It was an import that J Mac trained. My guess is, that would of been an early race in Count Crackers NZ career.

Have to agree with you. Definitely a troll. It did the same over at RC. Had at least 3 guises there. Tended to pillage main street cafe. The thing is a turd, and needs lancing for the health of the site.
