  1. Someone counting TA horses @Chief Stipe ,that would be pretty upsetting for their no. 1 Fanboy wouldn't it?
  2. The Kings of South Island racing , strike again!!
  3. No clue, maybe they want it over there to settle in for something else later on. You'd think they'd be keen to clean up a Kiwi G1 though , so quite possibly it'll stay on.
  4. What I find most astounding is that you believe this nonsense !
  5. Had all favours in the running, hugged the rail and exploded when required. I think it needs ground to see the best of it, certainly wouldn't claim its one of the impressive 3yos going around at the moment, but that can all change in 6 months time.
  6. Groundhog day , again and again and again, Someone new reiterates and generalises the same regurgitated nonsense that has been said before!
  7. Stop mincing my words in effort to look like youre wining an arguement. Of course NZTR should have provided some assistance in the infrastructure space, their entire reason for being is dependent on it. You make frivolous claims like the clubs could trust NZTR when it came to anything, that in my experience has never been the case. That's created an issue for the industry that will likely never be over come. NZTR have for a very long time been agenda driven , never able to grasp the bigger picture, always playing favourites based on their agenda and consistently underperforming or incompetent . This has contributed to the industry being in the dire state it is now with regards to infrastructure,
  8. Wouldn't even class it as a shadow of what it was at HB, no hype or pizazz to the day , its lost most its meaning and is borderline irrelevant and thats just the G1. But do keep the being the Tony Robbins of Ellerslie ... its fantastic entertainment.
  9. Yes it they have a lot to answer for, why shouldn't the governing body be providing direction and assistance to the clubs on improving infrastructure it's one of the most important areas to get right , as we have seen. Certainly more important than Grand Tours , slot races , every Aus concept they have copied and everything else under the sun they have tried to trick the industry with. The trouble is they never did provide that assistance because just like now they are hiring a bunch of people (duplicating in many cases) with skill sets that don't match the needs of the industry i.e. Infrastructure The present bunch of new hires will prove that , they've been bought in to babysit the new CEO lack of wagering / racing acumen & knowledge.
  10. Name them? Most have been ably unassisted by the utterly incompetent governing body.
  11. Whether his figures are precise or not he is clearly right. We once again have another pretender in the leadership role of NZTR who has had to hire expertise that he should be bringing to the role at least in the bare minimum form. But no we have another leader who knows little to nothing about the industry but talks a load of platitudes and generalisations trying to please everyone and achieving nothing. Netball NZ a prime example of this at present. Anyone with half a brain will know these parasites will ride the industry into the ground until the very end, which isn't as far away as many think.
  12. Having a stalker like JJ Flash doesn't count!
  13. Well it's looking like your popularity has hit new heights. Even your former prodigy SLB has stuck the knives!
  14. Him or Jimmystar id like to see win it , KYR just because of the flack the poor horse has been exposed to since arriving.
  15. @Chief Stipe you might have taken on one too many TA fan boy adventures in this one , your coping a beat down on rival site.
  16. All the disrespect this horse is getting, I think ill be cheering him home.
  17. Can you blame them, they like a lot of the minor clubs have been treated poorly by the industry and NZTR is it any wonder they are in the shape they are in? You can't compare them to NZTR's favourites Ellerslie, Te Rapa or Matamata who have been given the passing lane any time they need it.
  18. Wan't finishing off that well then. I still think she can pick up a Group race over there.
  19. There appeared to be an opportunity to take a gap in the straight, perhaps she wasn't travelling that well?
  20. 13 of their 25 wins this season in the SI for TA, certainly looking to retain that SI Premiership @Chief Stipe . Might we see more meetings in the SI in the future with the renewed focus from big stables?
  21. DR run looked to have no luck , but not exactly flashing home at the end of the race when things opened up for her, so hard what to make of it.
