If you want to have a good look at the photo Lozell holding the rabbits back legs and Cole holding the front legs while tying it on.

That’s a good laugh, so I gather the two people holding the live rabbit are Laurel and Hardy.
  3. See there’s a few Canterbury boys in the Abs this weekend
  4. Maybe shrunken balls but it seems a growth industry
  5. I’ve been told far more serious than price fixing or knobling
  6. Further on from the harness drama I hear it now flows even deeper. Rugby players I hear are now under the microscope. Whose next
  7. From what of seen and heard from him I think the harness should be grateful as he appears to be honest and straight up and that’s all you can ask of anyone.
  8. God I didn’t realise that Harness is hemorrhaging so badly , when you look at those charts it’s very sad to see. Of course with all this bullshit going on you start to wonder if the sport can survive.???
  9. What. So you think it’s okay for an RIU stipe to be frequently at a trainers for dinner. Would have thought that any close friendship with a trainer would definitely be an absolute no no. Leaves the door open for all sorts of speculation , exactly what happening in this case. Pritty damn certain RIU bosses wouldn’t want or not happy . They must always keep distance between themselves and participants.
  10. This person you are referring to goes to this persons for dinner on occasions
  11. Like me I’m sure you can see obviously having read all this thread who and who’s not in what corner. Very disappointing at the number of people who have shown support .
  12. Some comments on here really show up why Harness is in decline , you appear to have dirty cheating participants who have been in all aspects of their trade blatantly cheating for nothing more than sheer greed. Yet a number of people are quite willing to defend them. Shame on the ones who defend them.
  13. Quite a good movie and certainly better than what’s been played out within the Harness
  14. Easy answer is they shouldn’t have got involved in this fraudulent act, sorry they have to pay the price. Dosnt matter who they are or how much power they think they have they are gone.
  15. Exactly
  16. Also done a bit through the Lancaster with Chris very good operator , he had Di working for him. Went to the Shirley a couple of times but too many rumours going around regarding abouts his antics , not my cup of tea
  17. He’ll Brodie. Are you wanting the Harness participants to band together and show support , I hope your joking as these people involved in this fraudulent act should be burnt at the stake for what there doing to Harness racing. There is every chance that Harness racing may receive a fatal blow from all this. I wouldn’t be that surprised if it’s terminal and know way back , it dosnt look good as I see it. So no don’t expect to much sympathy from die hard harness supporters
  18. At the moment it appears to be 11 people of interest on the harness side and you would think it’s only time before the Throughbreds names start coming out in the wash. Harness would have to reach 20 at least and throughbreds well I would hate to guess
  19. That’s good to hear but and a big but today (Tuesday) is when the bell rings , should be interesting to listen in on what the police line of attack is and with what evidence they do or don’t have . Anyone going in for a day of entertainment, I’m sure there will be a laugh or two
  20. Your right garlic but no baked potato, salads and a pint
  21. Yeah that was my choice of Tabs , it could have 75 to 100 there on a Friday night and Saturday 100 to 150 even more to be honest.. Good staff, clean and knowledgeable punters around you but even better the Coachman 50 metres down the road . Scotch fillet and a pint Friday nights between races , Saturday’s a burger and chips then back to the punting. It was in Gloucester Street across from Issac Theatre
  22. What is interesting the about the Messara report is the plan to reduce the Greyhound % down to 5 . 9 % . At the moment the Greyhounds turnover is at 19% for local content and 23% for Australian content,. So how does Messara work at those odds. I might be thick but not that thick.
  23. Actually I was unaware who the CEO of Addington was until I looked up his resume. Southern Response, I’m sure that’s something he’s extremely proud of , from whats been written about them seem to be good at fleecing the insurance policy holders out of what their duly entitled to. Apparently they still haven’t settled after all these years. So now with Addington Raceway, I hope it doesn’t turn out to be a disaster like SR. This is not a good start. Looking at what’s been happening I think this could get “ Very Ugly “ for Harness
  24. Yes the days when I lived in ChCh there were very good racing journalists. Jeff Scott , Mark Conners , Alex McMillian and Tony Clifford. All very good scribes and good all good blokes as well.
  25. I’m sorry if that’s the best excuse you can come up with then this whole affair is going to be covered by the press in a way that’s not going to be pretty for harness racing.. Were only 2 months from your cup meeting and you’ll be groveling for as much coverage from these very same people you denied last night. Wouldnt expect to many favours from here on in
