Even if it wasn't....it can be read as being more substantial that a mere cut...which bleeds anyway Come in Pitty...did the horse require stitches or staples and was the cut through soft tissue or close to the facial bone unable to be stapled? FYI Horses CANNOT be raced with LACERATIONS End of....
