  1. Nice bit of miss counting the laps there by the junior on the hot favourite, or did the last lap bell sound early? Last half in 65 they said
  2. Usually the All Stars demolish the opposition. Today they were only just a class above them. 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th and daylight back to 6th
  3. Brodie repetitive! Wash your tongue out! ???
  4. Yes if the money comes for Natalie it is usually a good pointer. Taxman another well backed runner for her that never looked like it would lose.
  5. Easiest lay on Betfair ever from that draw.
  6. Quite easy to pretend to be the whale. A horse that is well down in grade and coming in fresh is Copperfield R1 an each way bet. One Change in R4 has a good draw to work with tonight and is a multimaker, My best value bet tonight is Oscar Bonavena in R7
  7. Brodie is sometimes on the money.
  8. R5 Rebel Kibbybones R6 Mr Midnight R7 Clachanburn R9 Clasina Maria
  9. Not the ones that took Mr Kiwi
  10. 11 races. ?????????
  11. Enough noms to run 16 races again. At least run 11 or 12 races like the good old days.
  12. Cut from the televised awards?
  13. The money is pouring on that non win trotter Moon Way against the horses who have won races 71 into 16
  14. Silent Major in Race 9 could not win that race on its trial form but opens $6.00. Possibly another where there is smoke situation but some strange money in that race.
  15. I tend to ignore trials form for that stable. Usually given quiet runs and then go massive on race day. Both those horses looked weak last prep but obviously have ability if they are prepared to put them in against the good Purdon horses in age group races.Where there is smoke there is fire.
  16. Money starting to come for both those runners now.
  17. I agree plenty of money to be made tonight especially around the fields with 10+ runners Race 2,3 and 9
  18. I would rate DDs Super Stuart a $5 chance with Ricky May or Blair Orange driving. I would not back it if it was paying $50 today but it has plenty of ability. Sounds Like A Gem I like today at $12 and $3.50
  19. David Butcher a master of the barge out when he is on a winner.
  20. If LESS than an inch of rain can cause the meeting to be cancelled, what chance of the October meeting going ahead! Plenty of time to make a plan B for another grass surface instead if you start now! Banks Peninsular is preferable to Ashburton IMO. But I would take a Reefton,Waimate, Westport or Oamaru
  21. Whale going for some value. Plutonium Lady $1.35 Need To Know $1.90 Tyrone's Bit Of A Lemon $1.30
  22. No restrictions unless you are restricted from entering!
  23. On a positive note! Outside of premier meetings some of the most even supporting races I have seen at Addington for a while. Race four an absolute cracker for the junior drivers. I think there is a $6000 first four injection in that race as well.
  24. Fair enough if you call a 31.7 second quarter a sprint. I prefer think it was a grinding finish from a horse who had done the least work of the first four home.
