And they're still showing "NTD" in full fields from Sha Tin!

Another painful Saturday watching Trackside. No idea what races are coming up and on what channel. Seems that they are trying to show some results but they are well after the race - the ones I saw 10-15 minutes. The "past the post" results are still woeful - clear placings but show up "photo". Was an issue with the old channels but this is far worse. Can only assume that their system is wholly inadequate and the staff are struggling to "make it work"

Pays it out tho clearly showed "Tote Event Rules: Only two place dividends paid." Profit by TAB incompetence for a change

The opposite now - greyhound race with 7 runners (no late scratchings) shows a 3rd place dividend

And they're back to showing NTD on races where there are more than 8 runners - Entain are Bush League - think the TAB and Government stuffed that up.

Still can't get used to where the "leader" is shown on the graphics. Wish they'd just revert back to showing it on the left hand side of the screen. Doesn't help shifting it around.

My problem is that I can't get the breeding on horses like I could on the old app and currently can on the website. I think they have referred me to a PDF format on the app but that is next to useless and too time consuming and too much back and forth. Having issues all the time with tabs not working eg today the "my Bets" tab. Generally I consider that the TV/Website/app have all been done on the cheap why copying stuff from elsewhere. I very much preferred the old versions and this is a great step backwards. Hopefully not indicative of things to come

Finally got through to someone on a distinct issue ie not able to locate "show all runner comments"on the app. Short answer is you can't. But in getting that question answered many more issues are present eg links on appearing, links to social media to closed accounts, etc etc The "Helpdesk" tried to tell me that those things were not missing, had never been there before (when I know they had) etc etc The HD said that they were very busy with issues due to the app and I agreed that they should be given the myriad of issues surrounding trackside/site/app. Seems they're in a denial mode but I concluded that they should tell their Management that these are not teething issues and the systems are fine. Very little hope my words will get through.

Website freezing while on a bet (only way out was to leave site completely), NTD on races with over 8 runners, generally no results, Just showed a race from Ascot with Eagle Farm R6 on screen etc etc etc

So I have noticed an issue that the "next to go racing" bar (which is now horizontal at the top of the page rather than vertical on the left hand side) appears to skip forward from whence it was previously so that you can miss races. A problem as by watching the TV you have no idea of upcoming races. Thought it happened yesterday afternoon when I missed a race which I wanted to bet on but wasn't sure but now I am.

So my reaction is that it is difficult to find certain things but that is usual when going from 1 system to another. Nothing the least bit exciting.

Yes goes with my belief that in the various govt and private organisations I have worked in a computer upgrade is never ever completed on time. But I also do not believe that the upgrade will be good or the changes exciting!

Afraid that we may see another debacle like the so called new graphics. As well as having not having full odds it is impossible to follow what's going on across the two channels and the displaying of results is poor. If the result is not clear just after the race (ie there is a photo involved) then you don't (in most cases) ever get something on the screen displaying the result (whether confirmed or not) and have no idea whether the result "has been paid". Hard to watch.

Wilcox and Balcombe both talk in sound bites and click bait phrases that they hope will be picked up upon. Neither deal with the substance of issues but instead they are clinging to the wreckage of the narrative they have created (along with others). Many years ago I would be confident that these charlatans (which includes Shamrock who appears to be avoiding any scrutiny by not appearing/saying anything) would be held to account but I am no longer so naive to think that they will.

Haven't see anything on Love Racing website about the track issues since Saturday which is not in line with previous incidents which is interesting and may also indicate that they don't know what the fuck to do which is spot on.

So having been paying much attention lately but today they seem to be having a problem with NTD showing up in races with 8 or more runners

Seems premature and sign of a club and industry grasping at straws

Wilcox talks a lot of corporate cliche bullshit - he could be our next PM!

They put this up on Love Racing FB page. Many comments all negative. Should put a dent in the buffoons in charge of NZ racing and the CEO of ATR who are all about perception. When the reality is dire the perception will catch up no matter how much spin they put on it

I'm more into Gallops but when I cam on here to comment on the new Trackside Graphics the posts were on the Trots site so I went with the flow.

So this new system seems less than "agile". No fixed odds on HK racing so there is a blank column under the FT win odds alongside the tote odds

Hey they used to show the times during harness races didn't they? Don't now

Finally saw a confirmed result on Trackside 1 today. On a race from yesterday.😁
