  1. Yeah - where are the big fighting words now? Good thing I didn't head down there. What an anti-climax.
  2. Exactly. During one of my many "personal" stoushes with Leo, he sat at my table and asked me for some racing tips. He certainly didn't live up to the hype. I was expecting something to happen at least, but nothing. Then, when he got home, he decided to post an attack on my character because I didn't give him the time of day to give him tips. He is desperately trying to stay relevant by creating trouble for himself and others. Just imagine how successful he would be if he put his energy to good use. He might still see his kids with frequency, he might not have to close up every bar he's ever owned. He might not have a $250 weekly TAB spending limit. He might be able to put some plastic surgery into that disasterous mug of his. The possiblities are endless.
  3. And that is the crux of the matter. One has a significantly more successful sister funding his behaviour, so he can just about get away with anything. Also - whenever someone puts it to him, he replies with "come down to HQ and we'll fight".. Notice how it's always at HQ, where he employs bouncers and former washed up boxers to fight his battles? He's almost as rubbery as the fish he dishes up.
  4. It's a good question. Leo comes with drama and plenty of it. He enjoys it rather sadistically but he's an old man, so likely the only way to get his kicks. The RIU isn't great, but it's like a bent priest suing another bent priest.
  5. If it's to do with the keyboard warrior Molloy, then yes, do it.
  6. It makes you wonder - when Midget got sued for posting on RC, was it actually Leo?
  7. Biden is an absolute shocker. Not only is he a creepy old man that likes to sniff little girls' hair, he's dangerous.
  8. BetEasy is terrific for bonus bets and enhanced odds etc etc. Your account will get loaded with them each week.
  9. I just poked the bear about his fake "sparring" picture with Joe Parker. The idiot then shows a pic of powder, as if that makes him some physical specimen. Hahaha. Gotta love the guy - he needs blinkers though.
  10. The life of a bar manager. All the time in the world throughout the day to carry on like a 5yo.
  11. Pam - was Celine the runner you were asking around for syndicate members for? I sincerly hope she wasn't, for my sake
  12. Interesting take Curious. Often in sport, the severity of the punishment is often influenced by the injury, which I don't believe should be the case. For example... a punch thrown in league that results in no injuries is usually a one-week ban. However, a punch that knocks someone out is around 5-6 weeks.
  13. Ok - I might have been wrong about my assessment....
  14. I think he was merely giving more weight to your opinion. I guess on that basis, you don't need to front with your real name to have an opinion on the internet either.
  15. What was it about Joe Bloggs' post that caused you to get defensive, Michael? I think you need to re-read it as opposed to target someone.
  16. That's racing only twice a week and not year round as well!
  17. Re: Racing.com I was more meaning their live coverage, as opposed to the website. I agree, the website is below average. Mark definitely knows what he is talking about, but he had a very poor day last week. Prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt as we all have off days.
  18. Most people "looking to get into racing" are probably in the younger category. What's the biggest turn off for young people? Listening to older people who seemingly have lost the enjoyment factor of racing. That is why Racing.com is so much better. They have enthusiasm and a sense of youth (without being teenagers). Racing and betting is exciting to them, and they don't sound like a depressed punter at your local TAB.
  19. His calls the other day were very off. Lacked enthusiam, very slow in the call. I understand he was mourning the loss of his friend, but it was dire to listen to.
  20. Can't beat "Back to country level" despite the fact that it raced in the same grade and course last start.
  21. The TAB don't care about losing customers. They have obviously made no effort to retain existing customers, so why would they care?
  22. He's my uncle, but unaware of my work.
  23. There is truth. I lost one of my 5 jobs that I currently undertake. It was a job of less than 5 hours per week, so certainly wasn't a major loss! How he obtained that info is anyone's guess. I told one person, who claims that he doesn't divulge information to Leo, so unsure. I just wish Leo would confront me in person, as opposed to keyboard warrior style. The last time we met in person he asked me for tips... he didn't get any, that's for sure. The next meeting will go down slightly differently.
  24. Also - in terms of tipping - I never had a client base. Leo clearly doesn't understand the world of affiliate marketing, which doesn't surprise me in the slightest. The guy is clueless and has a $200 TAB weekly spending limit imposed by his family. I have been in touch with defamation lawyers, but seeing as I have no job (despite working from 6am - 8pm) I probably can't afford it. He is worth the time? Probably not.
  25. Where was that posted? I lost 'A' job due to Covid. It was providing racing tips for The Racing Post in the UK, which ceased operations. However, I'm more than comfortable with my other work at the moment. I guess Leo is 'getting back' at me for some jabs I sent his way in this thread. If Leo put as much time into my life as he did his kids, he might see them more than once a month. Was it an original thread directed at me? I must have missed it before it got taken down.
