Damn, I was ready to go all-in! He did mention that he would never knowingly post under someone's name, but.... he's clearly happy to let his friends post under someone's name. The poor guy got proved wrong a lot yesterday (Willydoit rider change, Pivotal Ten not being good enough, Wynne not handling the pressure, the tempo of races at Ellerslie). My head hurts from just thinking about it. I'll move on.

Good to see Willydoit win the Derby as well. Jockey loyalty means nothing when you win a Derby, and the positive ride got it done.

Yeeeeah... I think that's the last time we ever consider South Island age-group form as "good form".
-
I think the Aussie trio and the southern runner (providing Sam finds a good spot). Damask Rose/Penman are the only others I'd entertain.

Boomer weekend in City of Sails....plan it !

Your next aim is to translate the first five words of every Rodley sentence. I get that he's "excited" but he's a bumbling mess atm. -
I think Evaporate's form stands out much better - and I would even say Public Attention's form lines are better than Perfumist. Could be an Aussie trifecta though

I think Saturday will be one of the bigger turnover days of the year (Australian racing included) - and if you fancy backing No.1 runners, Ellerslie could be profitable. -

To be fair, I'm on Commerce St, and I could get to Ellerslie in 8min if I leave at around 3am. -

Only 8min from the CBD? Takes me 10 min just to get out of the city 😄 -
I have no doubt - and they could have come up with much more inventive lies than the ones they told about me 😄 I also had a $500 bet with Morton, which I lost, and Leo tried to post under his name/number and try to swindle me into paying another $500, despite my post clear as day saying $500. Strange times, especially for people of their age. LM has been gunning for me since I was 15.... can you believe that? Picking fights with a kid. Jealously rears its ugly head, and time has done him, nor his waistband, any favours.

Afternoon, Pete. When Leo Molly posted using my username (with the help of Leigh), it was under the pretense that I was making the post, especially for someone, who at the time, was working in the NZ horse racing media. Forums like BoaY allowed me to call this out because I was banned from using RC - therein, this site is vital for banned members to be able to call out the shocking behaviour on RC. Now... imagine if I was allowed to make a post under your alias on BoaY, pretending to be you. Would you be happy with this? You wouldn't think that's a shocking thing to do? While Leigh isn't as bad as Molly, he allowed it to happen, and deleted all posts I tried to make to rebuke the lies posted under MY name, under MY account, by Leo.

What Bitofayarn has achieved is exposing the lies and slander of RC's owner Anything negative about him or his friend - or even just an image posted on this site - gets taken down. What Leigh used to do was allow himself and LM to make posts under users' names without their knowledge. However, since the inception of this site, he can no longer get away with it without repercussion. So now what does he do instead? He just deletes anything and anyone who makes him look bad (which isn't hard). He should be allowed to own and operate a website after what he did, and what he allowed someone to do, but here we are.... years later, and he's still insecure about being called wrong on something. For someone who carries on about BoaY posting something after RC does - it's very hypocritical of him to delete an image first posted on this site. Leigh - we don't have time for hypocrites - just stop being one, and your life will be more joyous.

I think the Kiwi has stirred up conversation among the racing community, but I can't imagine average Joe Bloggs knows anything about it. And this would be the least build-up I've ever seen to the Derby, but after looking at the field, I'm not surprised. However, combined with Aus racing, I'm looking forward to the quality racing on Sat.

For the Kiwi horses. The Aussies are much better than second stringers.

Really hoping she proves the doubters wrong. The ones who would dream of owning a horse like her, but feel the need to criticise some of the best in the business.
-
Did they have an option to get a refund?

Would Leica Lucy be a shout? I know the Oaks is the target, but 1500m is well within her reach. If she's ineligible, forget I said anything.

Cambridge Stud has another bite of the cherry with Pivotal Ten

It's a strange situation. She's the type of horse that could either win the NZB Kiwi or finish last. Not too many horses present that opportunity. We haven't seen her beat anything, which is why she could run last - and I firmly believe the horse that beat her and went to Hong Kong is a much better type. However, she appears to be a brilliant type that can sustain solid speed, and that will win you plenty of races providing she is well-planned. I firmly believe, with her racing pattern, racing at The Valley would be perfect. She wouldn't give them a chance to run her down, and it always favors on-pace runners that can sustain a high cruising speed. Her worst track would surely be down the Flemington straight, where she won't have a tight turn to hug the rail and kick clear. A good result on Saturday? Top 4 - anything worse than that and she's not a top-tier G1 horse (yet) -
Lucy $1.50 to win the Oaks - surely the shortest price in recent history? $7.50 to win the Australian Oaks, but she'll be competing against Treasurethe Moment, Aeliana, and many more top staying types.

Definitely a no-brainer. Always take the money, especially for an unproven runner. I wonder if Colin was offered bigger money from Hong Kong? He would likely have to give up 100% though. -

Didn't say there was anything wrong with it. It's fully expected. It was more of a jab at those saying how loyal he was to keep Sam in the saddle, only to take the horse away. And as my father experienced when getting a very good horse taken off him, the trainers' percentage doesn't really mean shit at the end of the day. -

Erhhmm... what happened to this "loyalty" everyone was harping on about re: Wightman and Wynne? She won't have the horse for very much longer. How's that for loyalty? -

Also - this is from Scoobysnacks "I see Chief Stipe AKA Canterbury Man following Channel X belatedly with the news and then also has to take a pot shot at her owner..or part owner now" I find this comment a bit rich considering he took a pot-shot at the owners of Times Ticking this week (and allowed a subsequent post from Pegasus which was disgusting behaviour). Did I mention hypocrite? -

Everyone is a hypocrite when the money comes calling.
