I see there are 2 2yo racing at gore on Sunday. I know the trainer likes to have them up and going early but surely there should be some rule somewhere that states that 2yo can only trial up to X date and race on from that date after. Still will be interesting to see how they match up because technically both are still technically under 2 years of age

I like held to ransom on an each way basis

One gets a fine the other loses their license???????
Roman replied to Brodie's topic in Trotting Chat
Alana had already been spoken to regarding her use of whip on smarter vc at forbury, a fine was inevitable. -
My moments now in the first. Royally bred 2yo trotter had a few trials to get ready for her debut
-
Saw 2 tips on BGP Facebook page. One was for JR Fulham which paid the boys. Next is Smarter VC in the 7th

I rate UMC similar to A G Whitesock, which is saying something as he has won a 3200m Group 1. However, I would think he would sit at around 18 to 21 in the market. $7.50 is ridiculous

I really think Cambridge should look at holding a meeting over this week as it is fieldays at Mystery Creek. Many people stay around the area and could potentially go and get new people interested or involved in harness. Just seems a waste to have thousands of people in the area not for there to be a meeting.

Enhance your calm is far too short. Lead and got beaten, then galloped at next start. Plus you should never take odds for jewels before barrier draws. Otherwise you might as well give your money to the tab
-
Just have to have a look at the Boys Get Paid page on fb to see where all the shorteners come from

Saw on hrnz that he is put indefinitely, that's a bugger! Has a big future, hope He comes back sometime. He was going to be my derby pick and in my dream team competiton
-
It's also good to see the younger trainers having a few in as well, hopefully they can keep them going til the jewels

Me oh my yes boy, to quote new Zealands finest rugby commentator. This race looks great for some well bred babies; many good trialists and race winners. I'll go the Williamson stables runner as my runner

I think you mistake fairness for an egotistical mexican stand off, where you try to intimidate. You claim to never be wrong, you must be of a higher power than us mere mortals... whose aim is to value the horse flesh people have bred for our entertainment. Are you not entertained?!?! I like globes approach to racing the all stars. Front up or concede they were better on the day. As I also said it was great racing today, glad to see wins for many different trainers.

Sorry, I thought I was on the money. As you always harp on about all stars and fairness. You don't like hot pot favorites. You take the Mickey out of someone who isn't part of this site. Are you a keyboard warrior whose soul intentions are to try and be alpha male and say it's the Brodsters way or the highway? Just expressing my opinion, but you won't like it as it bamboozled your attempt to be the dominant one on this forum

Do you have to wank on about the all stars everyday? It gets old very quickly. But yea has been good racing

The trotting side of harness racing is getting a lot stronger. It is good to watch, every year the babies are getting faster and better, with most developing into good 3yo and 4yos
-
Yeah just always seems to be able to run on...not a bad sit sprinter

It'll be a family first4 for the Williamsons in the first box all 4.. money for jam

How come Matt Anderson wasn't fined for his drive on Letsspendanighttogetha many a whip in his drive

Was strange not seeing enhance your calm or Oscar Bonavena in the noms for the hambletonian. Mist have bigger plans for those 2

I'm not a townie by any stretch of the imagination. Just didn't think they would have the fences powered on race day.. Oh well was running a good 4 to 5kv

So I was on course today as it was something to do to get a fix of racing. I was standing about 50m from the line in the public area and got an almighty shock while leaning on the rails. Then I went down to the 200m 2 races later and saw a fella get a shock as well. I didn't see any stock on the inside of the track so why have an electric fence unit on? Lucky I don't have a pacemaker or anything. But any who that's my best story of the day
