I spin their wheel which could have doubled the offer but all I won was a pair of socks with BETCHA printed on them. Anyway when I used the code for the offer it wouldn't give me the full offer. So I suspect some offers are adjusted. Who knows but what I've been told is if you win a lot you don't get any offers or at best reduced ones.

But they wouldn't need to lay off much to mitigate some risk. The tote punter gets screwed anyway because even if they bet 10 seconds before race start the price changes after the race start. That would be feasible as again there doesn't appear to be a rule against it.
