    Hawera is by far the best and NP has always been a dump. Tinsley refused to ride there. Theyve been given a lot of money to put in that irrigation system. I just hope its not going to jinx it like every other track that gets told/asked to do so. Im still super confident no one will find another track in NZ that beats Hawera for the criteria I posted before.

    Good old Hawera saves the day yet again. It must be the best track in NZ.....and before you choke on your sausage roll, its ALWAYS been highly regarded, it has never had a meeting called off after Race 1 from memory, and it has stood the test of time while others around the country have died or are in constant need of maintenance. Find me another course that can boast those credentials.

    Would love to see the interview. Moss is an amazing horse woman. I bet her strike rate is the envy of so many trainers (and owners!). Good on her for finding another good horse.

    "Panels", "Wizard of Waz", "Falling out of trees".....just to name a few. Theyre an embarrassment. Offer zero knowledge or interest (apart from Jane). Heveldt was on the radio during the Super Bowl. Its almost child-like the way he presents. However, he turned that on its head when he swore on air. How the heck have we ended up here NZ?

    When it "changes direction/slips/moves" it has not touched the inside horse - in fact you can see daylight from the camera angle. I will wait for the stipes vids to see if it touched the outside horse. Quite likely the way the hind quarters flicked outwards.

    Lily is battling with inexperience today. Only won the first 4 races on the card. And I loved her quip to the moronic interviewer when asked what are your really looking forward to ride today: "All of them!"

    Must be the same lot that attacked the New Plymouth track. However, in doing so, they actually enhanced Pukekura Raceway!
