  1. Makes me laugh that so many can not get fixed odds bets on for $50, yet these guys can get that fixed odds quin bet on? What am I missing? Seems they win more than lose, thought tab do not want those punters, i am puzzled
  2. Numbers game. Richards should have the winners, look at his team over the last few years. Just like the purdons, they have all the owners, expensive vets , best jockeys/drivers etc. How good a trainer is he, who knows, while others take what horses are offered, he can pick what he likes
  3. Oh well, bet came in. Quin payed far less on tote? Who pays for the loss?
  4. Maria Perritton looks to have a good team in 2021 🤭
  5. I see the boys have a $35k fixed odds quin at $2-60?? That is crazy
  6. Yes I agree it can be badly away, but not recently. Many times it has sat parked and faded 600m from home. Dont worry about time, it was slushy track, horse has never handled it in the past. And yes, I had been punting it a few starts back, but gave up after several poor runs.
  7. If any connections of this nag can explain form turnaround, that would be great. I know, showed a bit of promise early on, but last few starts pathetic. Missed the start today by a couple by a few metres, 3 wide 600, won by 7 lengths??? No wonders punters leaving the game, crooked shit going on everywhere. Do you think it should go close to winning next start, yep. Will it, nah, will be back to its normal self. Anyone know this trainer, I would love him to explain todays run
  8. Word on the street, just the start.
  9. Just thinking about this post, is it just me or are a heap of trainers getting below average results? Graham Anderson been mentioned, but what about Dean Taylor, Jim Curtin, CJ, and a host of others? In the Canterbury area in the last 2 years, really only been the all stars and dunn teams that have been consistent? Whats happening?
  10. I had a couple of bad wisdom teeth a couple of years back, once I had them out, I walked a lot better. Maybe Michelle needs her pegs looking at😙
  11. Maybe after 35 years you need to get up with the play. I have an old android phone, and a samsung tablet thats 6 years old. Both work fine of home fibre, both terrible on phone network. So you have not used speedtest, rather go on what you have known since 1985? If anybody else is having issues, do use speedtest app, i think it will help
  12. Well check with speedtest, you can check home internet and mobile. Just checked mine, home fibre around 100mbps download, 25mpbs upload, that is good for chch. Checked Iphone on spark, 20mbps download,3mbps upload. Only time i have buffering issues, is when i am using crap spark 3g or 4g
  13. Ha Ha, I am hardly elite. I suggest it is your internet, download Speedtest App. I used to have pretty average internet, until we moved, now we have no issues, and trust me, with everything connected to internet, can be up to 25 devices at times.
  14. Did you like my online commentary? Not 100% sure, but I think its the first time done in NZ. Yeah, I wasnt taking the piss, I was glad she trotted all the way. Showed ability early on, she seems to be improving a bit more every start. Just one thing, and I am not a vet or anything, but anything amiss with her which made head turn around 200m out?
  15. Yeah, look the guys not my fav driver also, but those comments are harsh. Maybe Ben will follow in his dads footsteps, maybe he will turn out to be a better trainer than driver. He is still learning, but needs to sit and wait a bit more, he should have beaten fast n furious with a more patient drive. But who knows, once he controls his excitement in races, and starts looking ahead more than behind, he could turn out to be a good driver. I thought John Morrison was not the best early on, he is turning out to be a very good driver, now trainer. Hope Ben improves too, we all have the right to an opinion, but lets not be too harsh, they are the future of harness.
  16. Raced erratic in straight, despite a couple of no nonsense slaps half way down, looked likely 200m out, just battled for 4th. Still, at least it trotted, good one Brodes
  17. 800m to go, still getting good run.
  18. One lap to go, still in trail👍
  19. OMG, it began, Brodie is in the trail!!
  20. I think they all got on the first day cricket at Christchurch recently, first day of test. From what i remember, TAB had odds at around $3 odd for 3 wickets to be taken first day, instead of the first session. All the boys got on, all over fb, tab caught wind of it, refunded all bets. Its pretty stink, but they do state they can cancel bets when it suits, sadly the poor old punters do not have this luxury.
  21. Speaking of galloping bro, is Michelle likely to today?
  22. Did the TAB have options for running last 🥴
  23. Maybe Trainer told owner it needs time?
  24. Where has he gone? And Brodie, he has a drive in the next race Nelson. Will he be singing, Michelle my belle, why did you gallop again
