Rang up help desk and got a rude prick who told me the only way to watch it is via the racing multi page and then live steam it that way. Well that isn’t working either today, again rang up to enquire why and they had no idea, was told that there will be no watch and bet soon and you will have to watch it all via the racing multi tab, what a crock of shit the tab has become, so I just deposited into my Beteasy account instead. I'm finding that alot lately as well, I sometimes get audio but a blank screen, I half expected it during Melbourne/NZ cup week, but not constantly on Saturday/Sunday now. With the amount of good T.A.Bs these tossers have shut down they must have plenty of cash to upgrade their piss poor product. Quote

They have shut a few busy ones down Tonka, i pop up to the bay of islands for school holidays etc on my way up often pop into the main tab in Whangarei, busy as.....now gone the only proper tab agency in the whole of Northland! absolutely piss poor, Browns bay where I live, went a while ago, was always busy, Takapuna gone, these are big busy areas with huge population and tabs were always busy. Some Pub tabs can't even be arsed printing the proper form guides..I know you have access to mobile phones etc, but sometimes you just want to spend an hour or two in a betting agency on a Saturday taking in a few races and putting on your bets. Rang help. Apparently they are integrating or testing the "new" system/ Asked what advantages the system is going to have and they seemed very minor. e.g. cashback option, bank transfers (happens already). When asked for advantages for racing. Exact words were. Not much for racing mainly for sports betting. Quote

When asked if it was hardware or software problem they couldn't answer. Seems there is no chance of new system commissioned for at least 2 months. Quote
