Aussie vs NZ riding ranks=chalk and cheese...10 Warrens in Oz already.

At least in OZ you know you can easily eliminate one variable in a race.  The best horse wins more often than beaten by a poor ride.

Just looked at riders on Kumara meeting tomorrow, wow that must be the most inexperienced lot of jockeys we have ever seen in the Sth Island? What are others views?

Those jockeys you refer to have won heaps of races between them over the last week or so. Kylie won 3 at Tauherenikau, Tina wins all over the place, Denby-Rose won 2 at Greymouth, Lee won 2 at Greymouth including the Cup, before that he won the Timaru Cup, Kavish won 2 at Greymouth, Craig Grylls is a fair enough jockey.

No idea where you got that inexperienced idea from.

The ones you stated are ok…. It’s the others I am worried about. I am looking forward to meeting, but the riding is going to be shit.

Rockburn should have won race 2 Hastings today, Kennedy made run too late. Punters are backing all his rides now, good opportunity to get better odds on other horses. Time will tell, he had a stellar day recently where everything fell in place same as other jockeys, but I see him as a good jockey but nothing special

That is the beauty of punting on thoroughbreds. Should you think a horse or jockey is overrated then if correct there lies real value. Warren Kennedy has an excellent strike rate at Pukekohe because it rides similar to the tracks he raced on in South Africa. There are many gaps, accepted some created by wayward horses, with the long straight at Pukekohe giving him plenty of time to not leave it too late. The other thing is some jockeys are hot cold types. Look at Kozzi Asano's ride on Ribbons at Otaki race 6 Thursday. Terrible ride, approximately 30 losing rides since last win. Then today back in the winners circle with a perfectly timed run on Sudbina, race 4 Hastings.

Watched video a few times, looks like horse was pushed a bit towards inside rail…. But surprised that a senior rider would fall off like that? Mind you, suppose he is getting on a bit so reaction time was poor

Didn't Cameron do the same in the Wellington Cup?

Why the need to bag someone who has enjoyed so much success ?

How many winners have you ridden again?
