Well,

Surely i am due a big day at Mot! Lets post our best for the day. Good luck

'...I get knocked down but I get up again....' is stuck in my head.

Still like Foreigner in race 1. Some Time in race 3.

And what I consider one of the more unfashionable horses for punters out there. Bobby T!

I put Bobby T in with Flamboyant, Midfrew Tarpediem, to name a couple of those horses, who don't just don't seem to curry favour with punters but produce more often than they are credited for.

Yeah, Dont stop till you get enough!!?

Foreigner must go close, 2nd behind a good one on the grass recently. Kardesler at $10 fixed, last run was bloody huge.

Mclovin, have noticed in the past, horse needs a few runs before it shows its best, maybe stompem in last also.

I am wary punting at the moment

R2 Anamajor was a certainty beaten last start,no value on fixed odds at moment (1.60)but if it gets out to $2 then lump it on

R4 Georgias Brown is Nigel McGrath owned and trained,i not a big McGrath fan but this one looks well placed to make an impact fresh up over short distance from a good draw

R8 Kardesler, has been going good runs in much stronger fields.Good value at $8 from a handy draw

Roughie could be Fekitoa($33/$7.20 fixed) in R1,would need to trot all the way though but if it does watch out

Can you already see your Westport tips rolling home at Reefton tomorrow Newie? Be careful about resting when the old 'back em three times' rule hasn't been adhered to ?

Ha, your probably right. Just that my main fancy on both days, Astuto, had the best run both days, and went terrible. Now, i just cant bet on it tomorrow, just cant see how it can improve, must be something wrong with it, in fact i dont think it should start!

Who knows, i could be pissed after race, but gotta pull the pin sometime. Still think it will win a race or two on previous form, but not what it has shown last 2 starts

Fair call. I tend to follow Churchill's advice 'when you're going through hell, keep going' ?

After the first run at Westport I asked the question if the horse was right. Clearly isn't.

Second day run it is gone on final bend.

Backing it tomorrow would be silly in my opinion. You are saving money rather than losing it.
