hesi Posted September 7 Posted September 7 (edited) What a TOTAL joke this idiot is, after reading the personal and vile abusive dished out on his own site by his own small group of rednecks scooby3051 https://www.Channel X.co.nz/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_07/846697187_SUPERROO21-4-1984RTSTRACK.RACEIMAGESCOLLECTION.thumb.jpg.8eeb52d43da00e88d8f10515fdd5efce.jpghttps://www.Channel X.co.nz/forums/uploads/set_resources_10/84c1e40ea0e759e3f1505eb1788ddf3c_default_rank.png Administrators https://www.Channel X.co.nz/forums/uploads/team_admin.png 16k Author Posted 2 hours ago I stand by my comments all of my comments about the FRAC Club and the people involved.Especially now that I know Chicita is surely involved, after I received an abusive, vile and filthy message from them. However, one thing is absolutely certain they will not be returning to this forum, and people need to be very careful getting involved with these sort of disgusting people trying to look decent in the public eye. As long as I own this forum, I will not accept any form of personal abuse or the vile and filthy language that was directed at me. There is a line, and that line was well and truly crossed. If that is the way you wish to behave, there are plenty of other forums where you can go, and I’m sure you will be gladly accommodated, but these people need to be called out for what they are and the disgusting attack shows to me anyway whats behind this fake curtain. Unfortunately for you, it won’t be here. I stand by what I have said, and I make no apology whatsoever for refusing to tolerate that sort of behaviour on a forum that I own and operate. How interesting that you now own 2 forums. Agree with your abuse comments but surely a case of pot calling kettle black given some of the sprays you have posted on here. Just saying Quote
JJ Flash Posted September 7 Posted September 7 Now its your site am i still fully moderated and if so Why? Quote
hesi Posted September 8 Author Posted September 8 Glad you got the important part right, but come on JJ, I give out the occasional mild spray, usually in response to someone’s vile personal abuse I have no ownership in this site, just a lot of respect for the owner’s intelligence and knowledge of racing, that many seem to struggle with and turn a bit feral because they can’t My own site has virtually no personal abuse and the people who post there are happy with that situation Quote
Chief Stipe Posted September 8 Posted September 8 @hesi I'm not sure some people understand the meaning of hypocrisy. It would appear it is alright to say what you think on some forums be it abuse or vile or unsubstantiated allegations but only if they aren't aimed at the Site Owner/Operator but are aimed elsewhere. We do have better standards than that on BOAY. Quote
hesi Posted September 8 Author Posted September 8 Hahaha I’m surprised JJ, if he has an objection to personal abuse, which is reassuring didnt voice his concern on the redneck site at the disgraceful and sustained personal abuse towards TA, DCE and ME But you are right, the Dog’s mantra is, if I don’t like the person you lot can give him as much personal abuse as you want, I will even join in. Been like that for years Just remember fellas your personal abuse towards people is a reflection on you as a person, not the person who you are dishing it out to Quote

The problem I think is that due to any mention of the racecaf site here the url gets converted here to channel X so clicking on the link produces nothing. So we don't know what the offending piece contained. Quote

Huey Posted September 8 Posted September 8 FRAC club makes TA look like the patron saints of racing , its an awful scam & @Chief Stipe & @hesi are only supporting it because their rivals on the other site aren't. 1 Quote

Confused again @Huey - where did @hesi or I say we supported the FRAC Club? If you look further than your prejudice you might see below a Topic I started about the FRAC Club in May LAST year. It takes a while for some to catch up. Quote

So wait a minute Mr Politician you dont support the FRAC club or you do support the FRAC club? Youre actually going to make a decision and stand by it? Careful those FRAC clubbers are all voters you know! 1 Quote

I haven't seen anything to suggest they aren't compliant. At the end of the day I wouldn't buy a share under their model but each to their own. But I guess you are like the mob that makes everything their business instead of minding their own. 1 Quote

The fact is as far as I know when it comes to syndicating horses the FRAC Club hasn't broken any rules or laws. Even Scooby hasn't come up with anything in his insincere moral crusade. Quote
hesi Posted September 8 Author Posted September 8 Wasting your time CS the guy has trouble with basic comprehension of what you are saying Quote
Trojan Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Yeah he's openly questioning the Racing Victoria vets post race inspection of Belle Cheval and inferring that their explanation wasn't accurate and saying "why did Walker say before the race she was fit and ready?". The hypocrisy kicks in when he conveniently forgets his horse Fashion Icon. Did they tell they Stewards that the horse bled? Presumably she was fit and ready to start. Quote
Chief Stipe Posted September 8 Posted September 8 @Freda and @nomates can you explain how you can "see a respiratory issue" in this Jumpout? I tend to side with @curious when he says that "you can't really tell if a horse has a breathing issue until put under pressure in a race". Not to say that the retirement might have been another issue. Quote
Chief Stipe Posted September 8 Posted September 8 When an obsession (or in this case is it a fetish?) takes over logic! Not only is there nothing evident in the Jumpout over 1000m but Craig Williams who rode her didn't report anything. Williams having achieved his 10th Melbourne Premiership win this year. You would think someone of his experience would have picked something up more so than any long term armchair Jockey or Trainer. From my experience and as @curious has commented you can't tell if a horse has developed a respiratory problem until put under race pressure. As anyone who understands horse physiology knows the flight/fright reaction under intense racing pressure will release under pressure up to 50% of a horses total blood capacity from the spleen to increase oxygen capacity. But some breathing issues are only apparent under intense exercise and require dynamic scoping to identify. Most of these types of issues are not preventable. Quote
Chief Stipe Posted September 8 Posted September 8 Hypocrisy at its worst. As the Racing Manager explain @Comic Dog how you helped purchase the tried horses mentioned in this judgement WITHOUT proper vet checks? https://www.elitigation.sg/gd/s/2003_SGHC_175?ref=legal-wires.com Quote

I'd at least need to see how she pulled up and recovered, hear the jockey feedback and vet/scope report. Preferably see how she ate up and trotted out the next day and see the post jo bloods to form any real opinion. None of that would necessarily lead me to suspect a wind problem though. 30% of horses show no clinical symptoms other than below par race-day performance when under pressure. Quote

Plus you wouldn't do a dynamic scope until there was an indication there was a problem. Belle Cheval would have had a full WOF check after her Grp 1 win and before being put out for a spell. That is standard Te Akau practice. Plus they regularly get a vet examination when fit and full work - some critics don't like the extra cost for that yet still contradict themselves. There has been no statement of the exact reason why she was retired nor should we expect one. Especially just to satisfy the morbid fascination of some online critics. However the post race scope on course show a "minor" irregularity. Being "minor" it wouldn't have been picked up during training or trialling. Quote

According to M25 on the other channel the supplementary report said there was a dynamic endoscopic examination done post race and that she has a respiratory condition and that is the reason for her retirement, presumably not fixable. I don't know where you find that report. Edited September 8 by curious Quote

Shame - nice filly/mare but these things happen and more often than people realise. Hard to get to the elite level and harder to stay there. With the scanning technology available today I'm sure a lot more horses of yesteryear would have had shorter careers. Quote
