Dougie
First run against the big boys tonight at Alexandra Park, 11-1 on fixed odds here in Aussie what are peoples thoughts on his chances from 2 on the 2nd row. I'm very tempted but have my doubts Brad will take them on and sit parked and just might sit at the back and can't imagine him running over the top of some of these. Him and Monty Python more suited to the longer distance next week maybe.

He's a real nice sort, the race of the night for me, pretty sure he'll measure up, but you could be right that the longer distance may suit better, I would be laying favourite speeding spur at any odds tonight... globe Derby may have more inside knowledge for you being in the syndicate of both majestic and Monty
Enteebee
Monty did so well in Aussie and showed more finishing speed than we thought he had last start from 4 back the rails. Majestic Man follows a nice horse out and could get a nice run but praying for a good draw for next week. More about next year for him and expect to see him in Aussie next year Dougie - he has his passport ready and Brent has a stall with his name on it.

I think it is time he gave up the driving duties in favour of Sheree Tomlinson.

Sundees sun great run, majestic man went past speeding spur like he was standing still in the straight.

I may be wrong, but i'd be surprised if it regains form at the top level. To me it has issues. What about temporale. It was reported it had an atrial fibrillation that took much longer to come back into rhythm just 3 weeks ago. Tonight it drops out badly,as it had done not that long ago.Well that wasn't a surprise was it. What about Enhance your calm. They stated before tonights run it had its hocks injected. The horse has only had 7 starts and already it must be sore enough to require hock injections. Went huge, but why do so many horses need injections for soreness issues after so few starts.

You can't tell me that he's got that bad in a few months that he could go from doing the below to what he offered up tonight. It's a bloody shame, Marcoola when right is exciting and a breath of fresh air. I hope he can turn it around. How good was that race though!

Most exciting race I've seen at Alex park in along time, always something new coming through in the open trotters ranks.

Got stuck wide early (you can't have everything go your own way) and then made the lead and wasn't savaged or anything. I just don't think the horse is in the zone. Not unusual with trotters.

I have to agree it was a positive drive, a few months ago probably would have been a winning one on Marcoola.

Brodie
Brodie is always around! Yeah did have a 3 week spell in Oz which was good, and there was a Super Hero weekend one week we were over there. Adults dressing up in all sorts of costumes reliving their childhoods again! No I was only an onlooker, but yeah I do consider myself a bit of a super hero Ranga! Didn’t even have a punt over there, did not find the need to really!
